But go without mest fish..go vegetarien go vegan .eat lije the fanily do..you buy your own beans.. you buy whole brown dice.. in beginning only one spoon brown rice and one spokon beans. To fet your body used to it.. you wil be more satisfied in live.. animals are eating the food we can eat.. so plenty food enough..an animal eat ten times the food we can eat.. its complicated to expkain why we eat meat..but i can tel you. Right now, they’re happy in their respective places, no regrets nor longing to get out of the country. Good choice for them👍

Siargao Island is not a remote place. It is more develop compare to other places in the Philipppines. It has an airport that operated long ago. It has seaport that ships flied their routes from Cebu-Surigao-Dapa vice versa. Now, it has flights that coming from Clark, Davao, Cebu and Manila. Its location is more accessible if you doesn't know.

I also love vegetarian pizza and I used to prepare one but using pizza dough bought from the supermarket. I spread pizza sauce, then put slice tomatoes, onion rings, green pepper, button mushroom and black olives and then place in the big oven toaster for 5 minutes to cook.

Good decision to stay put in Siargao island during the start of the pandemic. It’s away from the big cities and being in an island, the chance to get infected is less than staying in big cities like Manila or Cebu. Province life is laid back and it’s perfect for the current health situation now plus the island is already isolated from the mainland. Imagine living in the city cooped up in your condo or in an apartment adjusting again with the daily curfews and restrictions. Story is a role model for children living a healthy life style. She’s not only cute and friendly but a well behaved and smart child. My admiration to the proud parents for nurturing a child like Story to be a responsible human being.
All meat, be it pork chicken or beef, are all products of plants. So, eating meat is actually eating plants which also makes you a vegan. When you exclude eating plant products such as meat, you are only half vegan.

It really depends on how parents train their kids to eat healthy. Story is an example of reflection of her parent’s healthy life style.
She was raised on a vegan diet. My nephew did not see candy until he started going to school. He had no idea what they were.
