Just picked up a 97 Sierra 4by in great condition, second owner with 160k miles on it for $1100 will tear it up this winter. Will do small tune up

The high temperature during the path means that there are problems with the radiator cap
Mine did that heat up thing till I changed out the thermostat it was sticking, it was a 94’ gmc 1500 RWD of course I don’t have it anymore my dad sent it to a family member in another state and a couple weeks of owning it they blew the transmission.... R.I.P.

my 1997 chevy runs at 3 tick marks above 100 as in temperature, the thing never overheats.
