well i feel like an idiot for, probably anyway, misreading numbers when i recorded this. no, this isn't on par with max melee gear plus a bludgeon, but it's still very strong. i'm not sure where i got the idea it was similar :T
Literally killed sarachnis twice and only drank one potion of prayer and one Angler. Set is actually insane. How it's not even on the Wiki is beyond me.
Yeah I do this but instead I bring suffering, blood furry and either fang or bludgeon and your trips are super long. Oh and Sat heart for the extra magic defence. Even find B ring to be useful too
Wiki dps calc dont account for the set effect of the blood moon, for me the dps was: Bludgeon 8dps, fang 7.8dps, dual macarroni 7.2dps without the set effect.
While this may or may not be true, there is never a point in any account where they will have a real reason to kill Sarachnis past max melee clue farming or afk pet farming. Your voice is really cute though.
aight i'll be honest here, these aren't the same numbers i saw when i ran these calcs yesterday and i'm not sure why. maybe i pulled a dyslexia and misread something, that happens a lot. i'll make sure to triple check my calcs for future videos either way, factoring in the blood moon set bonus it's still very strong and worth using which was the main point of the video

1:15 brother wtf. It's no where close to max melee.... this setup is 7.5dps, max melee is 9.5dps. Max melee is 27% better
i said close to max melee assuming you're using a bludgeon. i know full well actual max melee like a inq. mace or scythe is significantly better
