Ok so here is where I am. For my channel I'll use my Sony Zc-1 for showcasing and for video formats setup like hoe you did in this video (camera facing me and either I am explaining something or talking about and showing a subject matter). My alternate camera is my Samsung Galaxy Z fold 5 as 8 feel it gets the job done pretty well. I was entertaining the idea of "upgrading" my zv1's use for another camera. I use my zv1 for product showcasing, getting very up close and detailed shots and that's about it. Is there such a thing as a better camera then my ZV-1 that you could jump up and say (ooo yes this camera is much better then the ZV-1 for your use case? If there was,I'd like to keep it under 1k. If not, then I will stick to my zv1/ fold 5 combo. When it comes to outdoor vlogging of general recording, I'll use either my fold 5 or my Action 4.

Insta x3 or X4 is the best out there for action sports where you can turn camera on and forget and go do your thing, the fact you can reframe to any viewing angle is the positives, you could set the camera up to medium or low in settings to make look lass sharp, yes the quality is not as good as 8k is only on bother lens combined and only small sensor, but name me another Camera that will beat it for any reframing any viewing in post editing and it’s waterproof, maybe when they stick a 1inch better quality sensor in the X5 in future it would be better quality but it’s going to have to have a larger body, and that’s the last point, for the x3 or x4 size compared to a camera it’s still a good product for a particular purpose. Yes I have Go Pros to, but still waiting to purchase a chosen camera and lens for photos and videos so have to stick to smart phones for now.
Try using the Diety Time Code devices. One on the camera into mic input and one into the MixPre. You can use multiple cameras with a wireless mic. Davinci automatically syncs time code to clips.

I think Lumix listen to there fans also. but that doesn't mean the next camera is 4k 340fps and global shutter.....
Maybe there’s a way to tag files in Adobe Bridge, you’d just have to remember to actually do it once you’ve finished a video.
what happened to the ace pro? not on your list anymore?
You missed the Insta360 video?
Whatever you do, keep the A7sIII and the Pocket 3. Anything else is optional.
I’m still sad that you got rid of the G85. Those were some good times.
I'm just watching Casey videos for learning English American accent.
Of course, I'm a camera enthusiast.
American accent?
Errm... Ok sure 😁
@@SystemParanoia u think Canadian accent is different from north us accent? 😏

Sitting here with an r6mkii, xh2 on the way and wondering if I shoulda got a Zf instead. Cameras are so fun and annoying
F Stop and T stop are two different things. F Stop is the calculated way T stop is the actual light coming through the lense.
T is for Toneh.
@@cameraconspiracies How could I forget and there is T for Toneh.
Disappointed you didn't rock the 200-600 on the ZV-E10. I mean, you'd have to sit over by the door, but still.

Hi! 👋 I’ll happily take the ZV!
Waiting for ZV-E10 Mark 2....
Another TH-camr sucked into the Sony vacuum. Of all the TH-camrs I thought would never fall victim to the Church of Sony you have proven me wrong, well done my friend, well done 👍😎 You know which lens was the best and it's from the brand you hate the most😝🤙
Fun fact, the ZVE10 actually has a mechanical shutter. Other companies can't seem to afford such things (G9, looking at you)
G9 is a photo first camera with mechanical shutter 🤦♂️
@@LiveMyJourneyTom ah, what's the new one I'm thinking of that's also a 9?

Your analysis paralysis from the combinatorial explosion of options reminds me of modern women and their online dating. The grass is always longer on the other side.
Had a zve10 4k 24fps is great image quality however 120p 1080 gets muddy... Loving my XT4 with a Lidar system
Duck ... I watch this guy for 5 years or more already :D.
Zeiss badass!
What's your take on the Lumix S5ii/x ?
Zeiss 55mm and the Canon 85mm looked the best - I think I liked the Canon the best of the those two.
Try using the Diety Time Code devices. One on the camera into mic input and one into the MixPre. You can use multiple cameras with a wireless mic. Davinci automatically syncs time code to clips.
You've tested more cameras than I've probably seen in my life.
Asking your experience: I'm not rich but I would like to shoot videos in low light (real low light and 1080p is sufficient) I can afford a Samsung Nx20 or nx300 with accessories or this crazy sony zve10 naked body only.
Which of these cameras would you recommend for my poor soul?
You are very odd on your videos… and I love it! Keep going strong.
omg, was really 5 years ago you moved? most of the videos I remember are from before you moved. Have i really been watching this channel that long.
It is way longer than that, his species does not age. He only looks older because or the glimmerglass and the lens
How do you know Bigfoot's grandmother? Asking for the CIA-ehm, I'm mean friend.
Zeiss has the sorcery, sometimes it points in the users direction though what with the focus breathing and farting in low light- doesn't smell though..
You should try 1080p on the ZVE10 and laugh at how bad it looks
I watched your last video were your still using/looking a replacement for your Huawei p40 pro phone. Well I still use mine as the camera alone is worth the hassle of backdoor loading apps lol. Anyways I wanted to ask if you've had the chance to look at Huawei's new p70? It's taken Dxomarks 1st place in the camera department. That's 4 times Huawei has taken the number 1 spot. Anyways best wishes from the Emerald Isle 👍👍👍
Too bad that's a $1500 phone or I'd be all over it, same with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Right now I'm trying to decide between One Plus 12 vs Pixel 8 Pro
@@gtijason7853 They just released the Sony 1 six lol how they came up with that name lol mind boggles. Anyways it's apparently for photographers/floggers/content maker's seems to be hitting the mark tho. Good luck with whatever you choose and keep posting I like your style of wit lol must be a little Irish in you lad🍀🍀😂🤣👍
@@davidbuchanan3374 Yeah I've been keeping my eye on it, a bit more than I'd like to spend since the OnePlus 12 is only $599 with ANY trade in and the P8Pro has been out long enough (also often on sale) to find it for around $600 as well. And yeah I do have sum Irish in me along with a whole lot of everything else... straight mutt
Since when is canon glass “not even good”? Yes its expensive but it’s great. Have you seen the crazy rolling shutter on zve-10? Coz that’s not even good
It's clinical, has no 3D pop or micro contrast. Flat boring images and super expensive.
@@cameraconspiracies can't agree about no 3d pop or micro contrast sorry. Getting flat boring images is a lack of skill not a lens fault.
I honestly think Kasey must have set some world record now for griping, whining, and complaining. Thank God he's also funny or his channel would need to be banned for the good of humanity,
Panasonic s5x or Nikon ZF the panty has the stabilization colors everything but all the lenses and a better grip of course
Would love to see you review an old Nikon D90. Please.
Keep up the original and honest reviews. It's great to see your channel growth..fan from Down Under 🇦🇺 👍
Get Lumix S9 ... youtubers say it's the best camera ever if you need tertiary camera for your tiktok account 😅😅😅
You bought a new nikon and you already got sick of it? I suppose you just have to stick with sony
ZVE10 + high shutterspeed + gyroflow = perfect stabilization and level horizons
Catalyst browse much easy to use and capable with zoom lens
@@vasiliiprod yes, but gyroflow can export into DNxHD and can do batch conversion in app and from the command line.
You can even set it to monitor a folder to automatically stabilise an footage you drop into it.
I use both regularly, but as I have prime lenses, zoom compatibility is meaningless to me.
Both tools have their place
I can confirm, this combo is 100% insane
alright now do hobo setup with or without 3d pop for ZV-E10. imma took some from my money laundry and govt corruption stash after that video.
Now try the Zeiss 32mm 1.8

do you ever just rent lenses and such? It may suit you, see how bad some stuff can be. ;)
The Zeiss 55/1.8 looked super nice on that ZVE10. The bokeh of the Canon 85/1.2 was not so good. Thought it would have been fantastic, but it wasn’t. Yeah, just sell it.

I currently own mostly Canons. I can vouch for the files being extremely difficult to scrub on a timeline. VERY ANNOYING. But my Canon C300 works just fine all around. It's only the RF stuff.
@@arkphotog mm na like I said the Canon C300 files are like butter.
Once I touched the holy grail that is Fuj I never looked back at a Canon again lmaoo, the fun is incredible
@@TheEbenflow I mean everyone would have a Fuji if that were true. I own the xh2s. I think it’s great. Holy grail? Not so much. I still use my C300 WAY more often. I’m a doc/storyteller. The internal NDs and dual full XLR inputs ALONE trump any Fuji. So it depends what someone is doing that determines what their “holy grail” is.
