It’s because he is. He’s more authentic than what people give him credit. Look up the interview he gave in his car after beating Canelo. Such a humble dude
bruh floyd be revealing lil things in boxing we probably never noticed. its like when you kisten to a song a second time and you hear extra instruments you didnt hear before in the background
@@swishbxing8073well believe you can have twice as much discipline and hard work as Floyd and still not sniff his level because Floyd combined discipline and hard work with his natural God given talent and the genetics he was blessed with.
Never seen this in hd Floyd is the best defensive boxer ever and arguably the best ever even though there are eras and its subjective but that canelo win is ageing well for his legacy
Floyd is the best fighter that ever lived. Most precise puncher, best footwork, best ring generalship, best timing, best positioning, amazing counter puncher and a master of adjustments and removing an opponent’s offense. And he is super dedicated. There will never be another like him.
He's the Michael Jordan of Basketball, the Michael Jackson of Pop, and the Tiger Wood of Golf. He is the grand master of the sport of boxing. He just looks good at what he did in the ring because he was an entertainer. The sport of boxing is more than just winning matches, its also about putting on a show for the fans and Floyd knew this.
I realise this is a drill but blue wants to counter rather than wait and block to avoid getting overwhelmed. I dont enjoy fighting so I counter with open hands starting with defensive interference, push less vital areas (chest and shoulders). If I need to increase force then the right and left floating rib with a palm strike or the larynx with a strike/ grab between the thumb and index finger become targets while I've positioning myself to interfere with the attack and control the arms. Two handed pushes are hard to block if the range is right. You can finish a self defence situation if you compress both the floating ribs at the same time with palm strikes. Try it with your wrist back and little finger down. Push 'em over then run unless you want to fight. There's an uppercut to counter so timing is important.
If mayweather made a boxing masterclass teaching boxing from beginner till pro level.. everything you need yo know about boxing he would make another $500 million dollars
@1:38 even though hes just demonstrating when the guy throws a punch to the head floyd reaction time was so spot on. Thats how u know he trains non stop.
@@jarquis2801Well he had his pops who was a pro boxer training his everyday from age 12 throwing full speed grown men shots at him. That’s why from the moment Floyd stepped on the scene it seemed like nobody could hurt him. Because they couldn’t he was already fighting harder everyday since a child.
Yeah there's no way this was after the De La Hoya fight. I can tell by looking at him and Smitty calling him pretty boy Floyd not Money May. This was definitely 04/05. Lool at his hair.
Great insight. TBH it looked boring the way the guy wouldnt try to really hit Floyd at 3:40, BUT I FEEL HIM. If he ever saw Sugar Ray Leonards joke match he was probably scared to hit floyd, sugar ray got hit and serious against the guy and hurt him lol
Prime Floyd pretty boy, does anyone have the vid where he is going off cuz nobody wants to fight him, nobody was mentioning him in interviews as a possible opponent.
GGG said he would fight Mayweather Floyd Jr... Floyd always AVOIDED fighting Thurman and GGG, even Margarito! Floyd Mayweather Jr so BORING 🪴🪴🪴🪴🪴! He is a RUNNER NOT a fighter!!
The interviewer is patently gay. A homosexual who's using Pretty Boy Floyd as a pretext and a prop in this, the interviewer's coming out theatre. That's why the entire segment has such an uncomfortable feel to it.
4:46 Floyd seems like such a likeable guy here he’s giving this guy a good interview
Most people say Floyd is a likeable guy, apparently he just puts on an act whenever he’s promoting a fight/doing interviews
It’s because he is. He’s more authentic than what people give him credit. Look up the interview he gave in his car after beating Canelo. Such a humble dude
Floyd always gives good interviews and always gives prop to his opponents at the end.
He's not tryna sell a fight.
Wish we could see more of Floyd like this!
There is plenty of video of Floyd like this.
When you break your hand you make adjustments fuck the audience
This was Pretty Boy Floyd. Money May speaks about the investments he made. 🤣

He sounds like a helluva fighter 🤣🤣

The Legendary Floyd Mayweather
floyd mayweather is the greatest of all time in terms of a pure skill.
Amazing guy. Such a shame people always want him to look like the bad guy miss informating.
A God given talent
I don’t believe in talent personally. Just discipline and hard work

Hands down best defensive boxer ever! Period!
idk man PrimeTime Pernell Whittaker was something else dude, im pretty sure P.W was one of Mayweather's Role Models matter of fact

The crazy part is he's already shown what he does when opponents throw certain punches and they still couldnt beat him lol
