    This video takes a deeper look at the NordicTrack Fusion CST. This home cable machine from NordicTrack cost us $1999. This form of equipment focuses on low-weight/high-rep exercises and HIIT training. It’s a combination of cardio and strength movements.
    We opted for free shipping and no assembly. At 385 pounds, this piece of equipment is incredibly heavy and we wished we had opted for their white glove delivery service (additional $249).
    While the Fusion CST is extremely heavy and difficult to transport, it needs to be heavy so it’s not easily pulled over while in use. It feels very sturdy and safe.
    Our purchase of the Fusion CST included a 10” tablet for viewing iFit’s library of Fusion CST workouts. Currently the library has around 100 different videos targeting different muscle groups/full body/hiit and more.
    The Fusion CST has 6 cable pullies (high, mid, and low). You can do many different push/pull movements on this equipment. The Fusion CST also comes with a separate tablet stand for convenience and a Bluetooth chest strap HR monitor.
    There are no preloaded workouts on the Fusion CST. You will need to maintain a subscription to iFit Coach to access. NordicTrack is currently giving a 12-month subscription free with your purchase.
    Free 12-Month iFit Coach Subscription
    iFit Cost:
    $15/Month - 1 Person
    $33/Month - 5 People

    I have the Fusion CT pro version of this and it is incredible. I now have this and the Hydrow and together they provide everything I need. I was wounded overseas as a US Marine and had been struggling to maintain fitness with free weights due to a weird thing to do minor spinal cord thing where my right ankle/foot doesn't work 100% properly- For example, I can't do toe raises and I have a slight limp. That limits me with free weights because of balance. Anyhow, It is fun the classes are engaging and because you can tailor the resistance to your needs- I see comments asking for the weight equivalent- It is hard to determine because the magnetic resistance is hard to translate over to weights- While it feels the same as a machine that uses plates it is much smoother so I'd say max weight is around 200 lbs. That may not sound like a lot but it is- This machine alone won't get you to Mr Olympus competition standards but if you work at it you can build yourself in to a truly physically fit person. Due to the type of hi op tempo unit that I was in as a Marine I was in incredible shape- think extreme endurance, stamina, flexibility. his machine has gotten me back to being as close to that as I can with the limitations from my injuries where it took many surgeries- Thankfully I have all my limbs and the a few bullet holes are scars are cool chicks dig em (kidding) It really is a good and interesting way to work out my wife did Orange theory, Barry's Bootcamp etc religiously sometimes twice a day before and after work and she has completely shifted over to using this and the hydrow. It really is good I am a believer.

      Thanks for checking out our review. What are you primarily hoping to use it for? It is great for HIIT workouts and doing a lot of low weight, high repetition movements. It's important to note that this will not take the place of a typical cable machine that has weights built in, this is a little bit different. If you're not a heavy lifter, this will get the job done for you.

    • @BestTreadmillReviews
      @BestTreadmillReviews  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      We have been using this machine for about 2 years now and haven't had any issues with it. To us, the biggest challenge has been when we need to move it because it's a very heavy piece of equipment. If you stop paying for the subscription you will still be able to use the machine, you just won't have access to the workouts for it. So, if you know how to use the machine and what you want to do for a workout you will be just fine. Let us know if you have any follow up questions.

The bikes are great when they work but they are never at 100%, something is always wrong. No incline, no watts, no rpm. They sent a new power board after months of waiting. That fixed the incline but not the rpm issue. You should check out the Facebook page before buying this bike. Great concept but very poorly executed...and the worst customer service on the planet. If I could do it over I would go with Peloton instead, not because they have a better bike but they are dedicated to bikes and provide a better product.
