Liberation Missions - New York North - Farmers/Eviction/Starving Children - Assassins Creed 3

The district contact is in the far Northwest (top left) of the map.
So, yeah. New York North. This is a massive glitchapalooza. In 3 different games, I haven't had a single run through where all the liberations missions show properly. It's utterly lame. Especially since there are no viewpoints. But I digress.
You've got 3 types of mission:
Beat up the merchants to help the children (remember to use fists).
Protect a family from eviction (kill 3-4 bad guys)
Defend a farmer as he's harvesting (kill 2-3 waves of soldiers, plus hordes which see you fighting)
Quicklinks
Map: 0:11 (only 6, thanks to glitches)
Family Eviction 1: 0:15
Lazy children 1: 0:31
Farmer 1: 0:46
Family Eviction 2: 1:15
Farmer 2: 1:38
Farmer 3: 2:00
Family Eviction 3: 2:30
Lazy ungrateful children 2: 2:50
Lazy ungrateful smelly children: 3:05
So where is the contact to finish the mission once all tasks are done?

I guess it’s a glitch
@@Noo9499 after you complete the missions, they typically pop up as a gold mission, but they don't pop up on the map so go to where you last saw the contact after you completed everything.

You should... ride around until you find him. Sorry. It's kinda lame. Try speaking to Dobby (the contact), switching zones, and doing another mission. All of those can sometimes help.
People chasing completionist need all of them. Plus, you never need any assassins. But they're stupidly awesome when you have 6 at level 11.
thank you so much... for your "farmer number 1" it was the last liberation mission i needed, so obviously i dont get an actual location to it, ive been looking around on the web for a good half hour before finding this, and spending a good hour on self discovering the whole northern map. so thanks a bunch :P
It won't. North New York (this one) there are loads outside the viewpoint zones.
How the fuck am i going to complete this damn thing, when i've helped all the farmers, all the chrildren and all the families, but it says i haven't done any of the farmers...??? And when i go back to the farms, no one is there...
Then you should talk to the district contact. She's in the northwest.
Are you stuck at 2/3 on the house evictions one? Try fast traveling or leaving the zone and coming back, then kill the rich man + guards instead of bribing. That worked for me.
i talked to 2 liberattion contacts and then nothing hapenns and its glitching nothing is on the map and it says i havent talked to them.
THANK you ! i spent two straight days running around the entire north drsitrict until i gave up and googled. Xbox 360, There were no icons nowhere on the map.
ok so running around the areas that dont appear on the map after getting all viewpoints will appear after you do that?
These kids haven't eaten in so long they've become delusional. This kid wants me to beat up a merchant that's not there.

I think he might be in the wrong place as well. I found him at the docks.
Thankfully I went to see if she was near the tavern that's marked on your video & sure enough she was standing outside & I was able to start her recruitment mission.
My set back now is the Boston UFO mission. I talked to the guys in the tavern & have the mission in my log. But there isn't an icon indicating where the UFO should be. When I go to the tree/outhouse it's supposed to be at there's nothing there. The only frontiersmen icons on my map are the taverns but I can't talk to anyone inside.
I had no problems with any of these missions & only had what appears to be farmer #1 in your video left. When I got to where the mission was icon was (at that time I could still see the liberation contact icon as well) the liberation icon disappeared & it said I had helped farmer 3/3. Now I'm being told to talk to the district contact, but her icon isn't on the map. My liberation map says I've only liberated 90% of the district despite my logbook reading 3/3 rent, 3/3 farmer 3/3 children.
i have this problem i had no markers after i did 4. i left and came back and then i had 2 markers, one farmer left and one child left. i did the farmer and the child one disappeared, i cant get this now ive done all updates and wondered this map for hours so now i cant get 100% fuck ubisoft and this is the final ac game i play unless theres a patch
Ive done them all!! And then it dissapeared for me.. I went back to the lady Liberator but I couldnt speak to her! I even threw a smoke bomb to see how glitchey it was but it had no effect on her. She simply stood their up against the house looking STUPID!! WTF What im i suppose to do???
I may have buggered it up, for the eviction levels I killed all the people and I don't know if I was just meant to beat them up, after I did all 3 like this the text came up in red and the assassin recruit icon has gone from the map... have I broke it and is there a way around this?
my map is fully explored, but the icon still doesn't appear on the map, i went to the location and the npc was there with the mission, but it doesn't appear on my map.
Anyone else with this issue?

Thanks, I thought the viewpoints would reveal the whole map but once more you can see the incompetence of the developers and how they rushed the game so they can release it before 21st December, 2012.

i have almost the same problem, it shows where the contact is but she aint highligted and i'm 90% done, it says i don't have the last farmer, and i can't find the goddamn guy..
Every body who cant find the north district contact she's in the upper left hand part of the north district she will be outside her house and wen u walk up to her the icon pops up
at the this tt, about 2:33 he is showing the map, stop the film right there, just over the icon of Conner you can se a Liberation icon, there it is, :) talk to her

I'm stuck on NY North. I'm at 90% liberated and I've done all the missions needed but I can't find the district contact. Anyone know where they are located?
I've completed 70% of the new york north mission but I can't find no missions anymore, I've been to all the place you showed but there are no mission there. Wierd
i have done everything...it says talk to district contract but i only have 90% completed but i have done everything..i dont know what to do at this point

IKR! So many glitches! I equip a Naval Duckfoot (have twin holsters) then fast travel and I get 1 Putnam pistol and 1 Naval Duckfoot

Me to @austinhoston. I'm stuck at 90%. I've done all of them but it says contact the person and thy don't pop up on the map.
I also have that 90% glitch and I can't get the last recruit..just waiting for a patch or something..if not I'm not really maf
These goofy ass glitches slow the game down. Had no idea where the contact was for North New York until you showed me. Thanks.
yes. ive now done all liberation missions everywhere and it doesn't say it's liberated but yet there's nothing left to do...
I went to all the farmer locations and there was no one there and i tried going to boston and back and restarting my consol?
whenever i do the farmer quests it glitches , i kill every one then the farmer just walks around doing nothing

Maybe before you comment you should have some experience...you'd realize that there are no viewpoints.
What pisses me off is the Debbie doesn't show on your map even though you complete all of the contracts you still have to go find her which is stupid yes I saw it on your map and I went to the first location because she changed locations on your map which is just stupid in general so I went to the second location and she was there luckily I thought I'd have to restart the game which I'm not doing consider I've pumped over a day into this already and I don't mean like a 12 or 6 hour gaming session I mean a full 24 hours currently

Then you didn't talk to the liberation contact. You went into a bar and had an interactive conversation. Not the same thing. Go to the very northwest to talk to the liberation contact. But, even if you talk to them, it won't help you find the last starvation mission.

New York District contact suck ! i did all the contact in Boston but in NY nothin' completed
i know the place i had to do as well. theres a merchant cart here but no enemies or children

Northwest. Way northwest. You have to reveal him. On the map at 0:12, it's the icon that doesn't look like any of the others. Top left.
It says I have no more liberation missions but it still 70 percent disputed
done all liberation missions and talked to contacts and nothing happens...
I started a new game for this, lol ;P Worked tho

for some reason Dobby (mission giver afterwards) wasnt showing up on my map. Thanks to the video i could see where she was
90% is right. 9 liberation missions + 1 for the district contact = 10 missions.
Each one is 10%.
In Boston (where there are 6 liberation missions per district) it says 86% (I think) when you complete them all, before speaking to the contact.
Anyway, fast travel to boston and back, and then just go to the area. Dobby will be kicking around somewhere up there, even if the icon doesn't display.
I can't find them it says I'm 90 percent done

I had 90% too until i found the Deborah Dobby Carter and spoke to her and that ended it for me 100% now. She didnt show up on my map at all so i had to find her from the map in this video she is in the west side of the north district

When he shows the map at the start of the video if you look at the mission icon on the left youll notice there is another icon above it. If you go to it you can talk to the recruit and kill a templar leader

Check the map at the start. It's the icon that doesn't look like the others on the top left.

Zone in and out, and try until it works. Are you definitely talking to the right contact?

So I just created my third save to check.
There are a few place where the farmers can appear, so just ride around and look for scarecrows (they tend to be near them).
just go to the contracter lady and then you will start it

All viewpoints are automatically shown. So no. Hence why I uploaded the video...

It should do. This was the first one I showed, though, and didn't show the liberation mission itself (northwest).
