1st Story: My mom did the exact same thing, she went to meet my dad and she told me how lucky she was that he was who he said he was, and then they got married. They’re no longer together cause my dad struggles with showing emotion and being caring.
I don't get why people put themselves in danger just to get some.

Let me tell you this, I went online dating to try and find someone, I wanted to hook up with an older woman but the online dating site wouldn't let me in unless I paid. Even for these "free" online dating websites I had to pay if I ever want to find the woman of my dreams. I have been getting matches but I had to pay. Luckily I didn't and I realized that all of these matches with women were fake. Good thing my cheapest is bigger than my sex drive.

This world that we all live in now is filled with liars, cheaters, k*ll*rs, and a whole lot of scammers. Tell me why every time when I am just trying to meet a woman it's always a Nigerian scammer, and these scammers at least for me only do their operation through text. That last story is creepy. I'm glad the guy made it out okay. I've read similar stories, mostly of men trying to have one night stands from Craigslist/Tinder and its the same thing. A sketchy location and usually its an elderly man pretending to be a woman.
