Bad laning, no real powerspike until 2 items because you cant rush embrace on a heartsteel build, and there are way better ap tanks which build demonic into jak'sho, this build needs you to spend 6400 gold on just what night harvester or even protobelt would give you, vlad needs to be a threat and do high ammounts of damage quick, and since this build is so expensive youll get behind even when fed because at that point, smart enemies will ignore you, kill your team, and then turn on you because you do no damage to anybody with just 1 nullmagic mantle

You spike harder with other items, as well as the fact that this build has no good cooldowns. Theoretically however with this build you will scale much more infinitely than other infinite scalers. So it's not a bad idea against a full hyperscaling team.
