Hi, I tried removing the automatic decompressor device on the shaft cam (you have to close a hole for oil lubrification that don't need anymore with a pin or welding). You will start the engine using the decompression manually. But the clacking sound still there.. It happens for about 5 minutes only with cold engine. Maybe next summer I will change the chain and tensioner.
chain/tensioner if you decomp moves in low rmp its aktivait and you hear click and motor goes out puffffff changes ,,,,, tensinor spring and pin / oring

You jumped timing and that noise is the piston hitting the valves. New chain and tensioner if worn.
