Hi Betty! Happy New Year! Hope you have a safe and blessed one full of health, happiness and good fortune. Nice mixer. Never tried a bread mix before, but this looks good 👍👍. Two tips: a bit of oil on the whisk will keep the batter from sticking, and you can freeze yeast if you buy a jar but don't use it very often.
