TVS RONIN Owner. A good cruiser in 2 lakh budget. No back pain. Comfy seat. No shoulder pain. Middle section could be better in design. Easy to ride in city as well as in highways. Decent fuel efficiency. Thank you Strell bro for this review.

@@predatorfromhell1 First thing never compare this with Hunter. Riding experience of both bikes is entirely different. Hunter top variant costs Rs. 187000/-. And Ronin Top Variant Rs. 206000/-. With this slight price variation Ronin has many advantages than Hunter. Excellent build quality. Upside down forks. Adjustable clutch and brake levers. Glide through Technology which gives very smooth drive in traffic. 7 step adjustable Mono shock suspension in rear where as Hunter gives only coil spring suspension in rear. And the bluetooth connectivity is very helpful while riding. You don’t need to stop each time to check who is calling. The dash screen will show who is calling, how many missed calls and messages are there. I felt Hunter has compromised in some areas to keep the price low. Totally I’m very much satisfied and happy with Ronin. I rode to Trivandrum from Kochi and returned on next day. I was comfortable with Ronin. I had no back pain or shoulder pain. And I felt no heating issue also. And I’m getting almost 40 km/l now.

Iam a ronin user (4500km) , everything is smooth except the service.
mileage city : 40 approx
mileage high way : 48 approx
suspension is smooth.
Note: just by seeing these rugged tyres don't assume this machine to be an extreme offroader , just like strell said standing position is awkard.
Better choice for a person who is fond of cruising linearly around (70-80 kmph)
My opinion : sound is too soothing to hear❤

Test rode this thing. It's definitely a head turner. Brakes nallatha, USDs nalla response aanu. Pakshe, ithinte weight distribution super aanu. Heavy aanu ennu feel eh cheyila. Athu karanam city riding easy aavum. Turning nne kurich eniki parayan patunila, karanam njan orupad distance ottilla. Pinne, Strell bro paranja pole, gear lever ethan kurach pani pole thoni. But, all things considered, nalla comfy aayitila bike aanu. Njan ipo confusion il aanu, ithu vanikano atho 200 4v vangikano paranjitu😅

TVS Ronin Owner - I have used this bike for more than 1 years had sone issues
1. Self was not properly working after 5 months
2. Gear shifting sensor failed after 1 year
3. Worst experience from service centre including careless handling of vehicles
4. Mirror alignment not correct- i think this is a defect for all ronin
5. Pillion seat not good for even short rides - my opinion
6. High beam is not enough

പൊളി ennu👆🏼പറയുമ്പോൾ ആദ്യമയാണ് 250 segment ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് തെറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കരുത്, ഞാൻ ഇതിന് മുന്നേ ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് duke 200 2015 model ആണ്.
എന്റെ അടുത്ത് ഒരാൾ ചോദിച്ചത് ഏത് വണ്ടി ആണെന്ന് ഞാൻ tvs ആണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ tvs ഇങ്ങനെ ഒക്കെ വണ്ടി ഇറക്കുന്നുണ്ടോ എന്നായിരുന്നു... 😊

Is double channel abs worth for 23k which is the difference between top and base varient. I really liked the base variant single tone colour which only have single channel abs. Is it safe to ride a single channel abs vehicle.
I am having a Honda Unicorn 150, which only has single channel ABS.. I personally feel it gives a breaking confidence around 60-65 kmph speed. Above that, not that much confidence.

Dear strill , ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ reviews കാണുന്ന ഒരാളാണ്.ഞാൻ chennai il ആണ് താമസിക്കുന്നത്. നിങ്ങളുടെ ronin bike review കണ്ട് ആകൃഷ്ടനായി ഒരു bike വാങ്ങി. എന്നാല് എനിക്കു് 8ൻ്റെ പണികിട്ടി. Company mistake ആണോ അതോ service centre mistake ആണോ എന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയില്ല. Complaint ൻ്റെ oru ഗോഷയത്ര ആണ്.

Tried test drive for both Ronin and Hunter and I went for comfort, built quality, looks, features, mileage, and services 🥰

Speed കൂടിയാൽ വണ്ടി ചെറുതായിട്ട് പാള്ളുന്നുണ്ടോ
Regarding the design, most of the parts looks great on their own, but somehow fails to compliment each other when put together.
- The T at the front doesn't symbolize anything (TVS, may be?).
- Front forks look very inclined.
- Weird looking offset instrument cluster.
- The tank could be a bit angled to match the design.
- That silver plastic piece under the tank looks cheap.
- Rear grab-rail and taillamp looks like some aftermarket mod.
- Rear mudguard design is not helping either (black rear mudguard on other variants looks slightly better).
- Chain cover looks fine, but it's not fully covered (open at the inner side) and can catch dirt. Has to be removed for chain cleaning/lubing.
- Footpegs are too forward set, giving it a confused riding posture (riders will get used to it, hopefully).
Overall great set of features, great build quality, comfort and performance. Definitely vfm if you like the looks.
Agree with you. Looks good in isolation. But the parts do not gel well together. And RE Hunter is definitely going to be a threat to this bike.
And, regarding that T, I think NTORQ also has something similar. So may be a design language for the upcoming bikes.

Touring bike ayi consider cheyyan pattumo
I have ridden this bike for 400km straight the Frist 300km was ok after that I had a little back pain .it can do a 60% off-road I don't know about water crossing.In my experience even though it is a torque engine you should not put the fifth gear until you reach 50km .The back shockups need upgrade .The stability and built quality is worth the money .
