He would be at the entrance greeting people, if we show up tonight and they still don't know, we get front row seats. If they thank him, back row. I didn't say shit. We get there and upon seeing Paulie, they, again, loose their minds. I'm last behind them. After they say whatever fans say, my turn passing him we simply fist bumped and he told me, "Nice job dude". Thanks Paulie, my best side story ever. They still don't know! Andrew Dice Clay ripped into us because when he asked "So, is anyone from outta town?" my actress yelled "WE'RE FROM CANADA!". Great night.

I have a ton of respect for Pauly and what he’s done for comedy, but kind of a rough look to come in swinging at Rick (who btw was being hilarious and all his jokes went over Lauren’s head), and then say “that didn’t get a laugh!” at pretty much every joke he tried to make for the rest of the show lol
Rick has a very specific type of humor. Pauly wasn’t the one to comment, but rick didn’t fit this podcast. Rick is as dull as Pauly is out of touch. Pauly at least brought some energy…..

His parents owned the best comedy club in America and developed the traditional niche for stand up. His personality is and always has been his brand.
