It takes about half a day, it’s one way and then you will need to get a bus for €2.50 back to the car park, depending what car park you choose you may need to get the bus to the start of the trail also but save your ticket because you only have to pay once 😊 It’s completely flat and about 8km so very easy but it’s so beautiful it takes a little longer than a normal 8km because you’ll be taking lots of photos 🧡
Cornelia, there is also a train from Málaga to the Caminito ( the distance IS 40 kms aprox) check the prices online in the RENFE webpage. Just un case you do not want to Drive a car he. Regards !
Good video but ,Córdoba really tiny? Really? It is bigger than Granada in population 😅 and it is the only city in the world that has 4 UNESCO world heritage sites !!. With my respect, get informed before you talk. All not european visitors make the same mistake 🙄, you go to the "famous" mosque and you go, when the 325.000 inhabitans capital city of Córdoba (my city) is full of Roman ruins, medieval city walls, arab baths from the 10th century, medieval churches, many palaces, museums, courtyards to visit full of flowers, minarets, historical squares like (Tendillas, El Potro or Corredera), convents, the synagogue (14th century), historical gardens, statues, taverns to eat delicious food (mazamorra, salmorejo, rabo de toro, flamenquín, alcachofas a la montillana, berenjenas con miel), Medina Azahara ruins (the 10th century islamic Versailles) etc, etc and you recomnend to see the city in one day ? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Come on, that an offense for me as a cordoba inhabitant that I discover every day new magical places, stunning old buildings to take photos, a new archeological excavation, etc So how can you recommend to visit it in one day, in the Aladdin flying carpet? 🫣. It is like going to visit New York and you only see the Liberty Statue. You have been physically in New York but you have seen almost nothing in the city 😞
Oh no we didn’t mean to offend you 🫶 we LOVED Cordoba and could have easily spent weeks there. But for tourist, the highlights can be seen in one day. If you want to get to know all the beautiful corners of Cordoba you would need weeks, just like with any city. Unfortunately most tourist cannot stay for so long in one spot as there are so many other places to see 🧡
Excellent review of Andalusia! Thanks so much guys. ❤❤❤❤
Our pleasure! Thanks Baron
How much time would you recommend planning for the Caminito del Rey? Is this an all-day hike in your opinion? Is it a loop or a there-and-back trail?
