    Very instructive, but wouldn't work with caliper brakes. How about throtle with those handlebars?

      Hi Sir Dushan. What do you mean by caliper brakes? V-brakes or Disc brakes? Yes, we could install the throttle but I opted not to install it for me to make sure that I'll still be able to exercise as much. Stay safe Sir and thanks for the comment.

    Thanks for the video. On my setup, motor wont work if i have break lever sensor plugged it... Do you have any idea why ? I havent put the break wire in though im testing before im going too far..

      Hi Sir, try to check wether of not the sensor is an open or closed ciruit usig the tester for continuity. If the circuit is closed, then the motor won't run. It only runs when it is on open circuit. Hope this helps.
      Thanks and stay safe.

    You installed it wrong. Those brake sensors are designed for the brake levers not the brake calipers. See th-cam.com/video/8nh1zX5l0SE/w-d-xo.html

      Hi Sir, yes it was not intendedly to be installed this way but I manage to find a way to be used in my road bike conversion. There are other ways but this one works for my setup.

    Hi what you would recomed>?250w-1000W ?

    • @RollyPetz
      @RollyPetz  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sir good day. With regards to the recommendation, you have to identify first the following factors:
      1. The user, what is the estimated weight?
      2. Where to use it? Is it for daily commute, more terrains or hill rides? or more on flat surfaces.
      3, The budget.
      If you have the these then this will help. Go for a higher wattage if you want to enjor more of the conversion. For me the 750W power is more than enough for the above factors for I'm only 60kgs and mostly used it for daily commutes and long rides on weekend.
      Thanks for your question Sir. Hope this helps.
