Erika Lewis gives me the chills. It's like she's from another time. Her voice and her whole presence. The whole band is great. Glad I stumbled across this fine piece of Americana.
Absolutely! The band is amazing and Erika’s delivery is truly from another gone by and cherished era of jazz
Erika is fantastic.....wonder why she's no longer part of the band?
Just work in a mill, it will be very very quick you will find out what the matter with the mill.
Look at how easy Ericka belts out this tune with no mic!, and then the band just kills it! wow what a great combo!
this is what New Orleans is all about.
How do you walk by this and at least not stop and listen and throw a few bucks in the pot.? There's a lot of work here. They sound great.
no microphone - no problem - she is a HUGE talent.
I may or may not have a crush on Erika. (I do...) What a supremely talented group of musicians.
This whole band is a musical jewel.
I adore Erica, singinging without a mic in that band. They all are marvellous!
My first reaction to this video in my recommended: "Wtf is this?"
I love Erika Lewis with a passion that never dies.
What a band, what a voice. Her voice transcends the recording's poor audio quality. Just incredible.
Erica is a gift to all of us, unfortunately there are some with no “eyes to see” a gold nugget right in the trail, but I Do,,, wake up ,
Erika's got some pipes! She effortlessly sings over this loud acoustic band without using a PA system. Incredible.
Erica can tell the story! Love the expression and style she delivers. You believe what's going on. If it was the 30's she would fit right in! Thanks for sharing your talent!
Absolutely brilliant, I can not stop my feet from tapping, if this music does not lift your heart then you must be already dead.
Ewan Bleach on clarinet is amazing, but the entire band is all together. LOVE.
The lady who sings is physically beautiful and her voice is captivating. She is an inspiration to those of us who until we heard her pipes had nothing but baleful
