Atreus could get build because if his genetics but without working out, he will be tall and lanky. Kinda like a scarecrow so he gotta fill it up with muscle from working out
Atreaus doesn't need to worry . He does have giant genetics in him , he's still a teenager though so maybe in a few years a growth spurt might not just only give him muscles but he may even be taller than Kratos , given the genetics vs environment factor .
That environment factor thou, I wonder if not revealing his god hood/ giant hood for much of his growing life has lead to him taking on the physical form naturally of a mortal and will just be super late to giant/god strength or has missed the opportunity for it entirely now to hit peak potential.

@@brokemono I still don’t get how kratos became a full god never played the first games. @@stealthhunter6998 He was a demigod who was unaware of his true heritage. A demigod is still a god, albeit a minor one. Thor himself is a half god but he still identifies as a full on god. That and Kratos still had the power of hope inside of him, on top of Titans like Prometheus, Cronos (or more accurate his magic) and Atlas giving away the last of their titan powers, or him forcibly taking powers from Typhon, as well as Gaia gifting her life giving powers to him meant he was closing the gap on full godhood. Even back in Chain of Olympus, where he was much weaker, he was taking on a goddess and a titan at the same time and defeating them, so he's generally a very powerful demigod. In III, he takes Hades soul, so he's basically regained full godhood. Another thing to note is that the Olympians never acknowledged him as one of their own, even as the God of War, that's why they never accepted him as a fellow god, either just calling him the ghost of Sparta or a mortal.
If you got the strength of a god, that would mean it is really hard to gain muscle because you have to practically move a mountain to just trigger the muscle hypertrophy. In that sense Kratos must have done a great feat to get that swole
Poor guy, if it weren't for his godhood I'd think he'd already be pretty jacked at least in his upper torso and arms from all the the climbing and bow pulling he does. Like seriously he can knock an arrow so fast, it takes so much strength to use a bow like that.

I like how this implies that even though Atreus isn’t a bulky brawler like other Gods, he can still take hits like a champ.
I like that Mimir. “ Pick heavy things up, then putting them back down” lol genius
Kratos: You really want that Spartan Training badly BOY?
"My strength does not come from my body, but both are honed by discipline"
What a line
"Boy, I'll tell you how I get these."
"How?"
"Push ups, sit ups and plenty of juice."
"Ok, wait what juice?"
Atreus will end up blonde, with that workout
@@mariovidal5637 ?
@@Crusher888 "Push ups, sit ups and plenty of juice" is a Dragon Ball dub reference. Hence the blonde thing, cause of Super Saiyans and all.
@@mariovidal5637 ooooh
0:30 I’m pretty sure Baldur was mildly muscular, and the Valkyries SHOULD be more muscular.
Tbh, with the shit that Atreus goes through daily, coupled with the fact that he has the genetics of both a spartan warrior and fricken Giant, I think he'll very naturally be pretty built when he's older, but if he did like maybe like 1-2 hour weight training he'd eefijitely be as big as his dad
How the fuck did I mess up spelling "definitely" that bad and not notice
@@nikostyleonyomamacoochie8513 "eeijijifeity" "Eh-ijeje-fee-ity"
Atreus could get build because if his genetics but without working out, he will be tall and lanky. Kinda like a scarecrow so he gotta fill it up with muscle from working out
@@MinktheStorykeeper that's gotta be a bow incantation Atreus says to make the people he shoots it with dyslexic
@Formarotica because ur boy doesn't erase his mistakes he learns from them 👊
"When you work for them."
I love that!
THAT'S GYM MOTIVATION RIGHT THERE!
Have i told you about an old Spartan Legend, Zyzzz.....
Music starts playing.
Kratos - Gym.
Baldur - Calisthenics.
Thor - Motivational videos.
Thor has the body of a strongman
Kratos: BOY!!! here take some creatine
Makes sense, especially since Kratos was already ripped before becoming a god.
"BOY, I am simply built different"
Everybody Wants to be a Bodybuilder, but Nobody Wants to Lift No Heavy-ass Weights
Atreus: Father how can I have muscles like yours?
Kratos: go to gym BOY!
Ain't not skipping gym day if you want THIS kind of body BOI.
Also Kratos is BIGGER then he was before so we all know he went harder on those lifts
Kratos the God of Aesthetics
What's funny to me is that this implies Kratos finds one hour per day to exercise during which Atreus actively chooses to slack off.
- Father, What was Spartan training like?
- Ronnie Coleman screaming for 4 hours straight, boy
Atreaus doesn't need to worry . He does have giant genetics in him , he's still a teenager though so maybe in a few years a growth spurt might not just only give him muscles but he may even be taller than Kratos , given the genetics vs environment factor .
That environment factor thou, I wonder if not revealing his god hood/ giant hood for much of his growing life has lead to him taking on the physical form naturally of a mortal and will just be super late to giant/god strength or has missed the opportunity for it entirely now to hit peak potential.
@@stealthhunter6998 He's a shapeshifter plus his father is a demigod who got made into a full god somehow? His mother plays in the NBA no doubt tho. In the next games he will be slightly taller than his father, that's my prediction. (My mother is also tall, my father is average and barely matches my mother, I'm taller than both of them)
@@brokemono Yeah I was saying full potential since they went on a lot about how the mind configured to thinking it’s mortal when it was a god can cause physical sickness in the first game so I was implying he either won’t physically reach what he may or if he always knew or will but later in life because his mind thought he was a mortal.
@@brokemono I still don’t get how kratos became a full god never played the first games. Watched the whole story thou but think I’m missing context, Ik Athena transformed him into a full god but don’t know how or why and I also thought when he poured his power into the sword of Olympus that power was taken from him so I am confused about that part.
Kratos must have been on PED's during the Greek era, hence the rage.
Kratos literally said: Son you gotta hit the gym.
atreus: when do i get muscles like yours?
Deimos somewhere in the afterlife: BOI, DO YOU EVEN LIFT???????
If you got the strength of a god, that would mean it is really hard to gain muscle because you have to practically move a mountain to just trigger the muscle hypertrophy. In that sense Kratos must have done a great feat to get that swole
Well considering he was holding back titans casually that ought to do it
Atreus would have aced Spartan training, he’s already been killing gods when most Spartans younglings begin their training.
Atreus: When do I get muscles like yours?
Kratos: Do you really wanna know?
Atreus: Sure!
Kratos: Do deeeeeezzzzzz
lmao
Poor guy, if it weren't for his godhood I'd think he'd already be pretty jacked at least in his upper torso and arms from all the the climbing and bow pulling he does. Like seriously he can knock an arrow so fast, it takes so much strength to use a bow like that.
Mean while Kratos bulks by picking up the 9 realms and putting it back down
"sorry lad, this things ain't just genes. i had to grind"
I remember asking my father the same thing. And get the same answer.
Son, you work for them. Muscle are not for the weak.
i mean i get what he was trying to say but every human has muscles
Alternate Dialogue: "Seek Zyzz, God of Aesthetics, he will show you the way, you're gonna make it, boy"
This implies that kratos works out just to look good and I kinda love it
I love the simplicity and genius of these dialogues.
All Kratos done was eat clen, tren hard, anavar give up.
We need an Arthur Morgan and Kratos crossover
Why what are they going to do the other one is a literal god and the other is just a man a better crossover would be joel miller and arthur morgan because their morals align better
"But baldur was really strong and he didn't have big muscles"
*Calisthenics boy*
Baldur looks like an actual athlete, Kratos looks like a juiced up bodybuilder.
Calisthenics can give you big muscles if you train them for size
Can you imagine what the work out regimen is for someone who already has divine strength? Just, damn. Good luck, boy.
