You can use the gel daily but I wouldn’t recommend that because it’ll cause build up , I’ll use it once a week at da most. You should oil your hair 2-3 times a week , you need oil for hair to grow . Lastly I prefer a bonnet than a durag , bonnet will have more room
Also can I do his two strand twist as a starter or is it best to wait till it grows out? What if it's hot outside and you start to sweat but still can't wash your hair then what I guess it's gone have to be smelly huh asking for myself.

@@chrisgzzz you can wash your hair. Dirty hair is more prone to buildup which causes them to break off. Suggest washing every month with a wave cap and gently rubbing your scalp without conditioner.. just shampoo and water
