Your a Fabulous Chef. In my experience adding salt first for curry paste works well. I love your dedication to the Thai People and Heritage. Don't ever stop.

Not sure which is more beautiful the food you made, the fresh ingredients, and beautiful Thailand as your surroundings. I'm going to have to veganize the green curry, awesome video.
Hi it's Andy the cameraman of the show. Thank you for your understanding and appreciation of this journey. Your comments mean so much to us and agree with the vegan. All the best to you and again, thank you. DTK
Hello. I love your channel. It's great. I can see the devotion. I do have a question for you or anyone who can help me. How do I season a new red clay Jim Jum ? Do I have to prepare it each time that it is used ? This channel was a nice inspiration to order myself one directly from Thailand. The wait for delivery was well worth it. I am so excited to use it. I just believe that it needs a certain care. Thank you.
Dear Duncan, Gordon Tickle is raising funds for the Bethany Children's Orphanage in Chang Mai. I am not asking for money. I am hoping you can help raise awareness. Your huge fan base would go a long way in helping this great cause. They will lose their home in a year and a half if they do not raise the money to buy the land. Thanks for your help in advance.
Yes we should of filmed more of that but usually the driver and guide where the taste testers, they loved that part of the day so much. Thx for your comment
when an oversea come to Thailand, they focus on only ladyboy, thaigay, Pattaya, Phuket and Chaingmai ...Actually, ladyboy is approx. 0.0001 % of the place that you should go. If you would like to meet local people and a nice traditional pls visit to Northeast of Thailand ( thai prople called " Isan")
Duncan's channel is sooooo underrated!! It's so good and the contents are all great and very informative. I love it
Thank you so much
