Diego Herrera Totally different teams and situation. Durant was new to the Warriors system which led to the slow start. 76ers have been had the same team from last year and have zero improvement. You could get a blowout lost from the Warriors but still expect them to make the finals because they have 2 MVP caliber players (one of which the greatest shooter of all time), a great shooter, and an the Defensive Player of the Year in Draymond (and also an imacculate coach in Steve Kerr).
The problem is the sports analysts we're overrating the 76ers. They lost Marco and irsan who were huge on spacing the floor. They aren't gunna be a top 3 seed this season and won't be a problem in the playoffs.

Now there are times when he doesn't finish especially when he goes for layups which is why he should dunk more with his height and speed, but that does not mean he needs to start jacking jumpers. He'll be just fine. In due time, he'll develop a midrange jumper. But his skillset is too versatile to focus on just his shooting.

Theyre not an actual contending team, and when they show that this season, its gonna look like a failure, but its not Simmons or Embiids fault. Sixers are young, fun and talented. But they've been overhyped since the end of last season. Simmons is awesome but he's more Magic than Bron. Kyrie went 2/14 which will never happen again and the Celtics still won by almost 20. Until a 3rd guy either emerges or is acquired, or if I see Simmons become more of a scorer, this team is no threat to the top of the East (Celtics, Raptors)

Magic and Lebron creates the offense, so they don’t have to score all the time because almost everything they do contributes to points. Ben ain’t at that level yet, that’s why i feel he’s overrated. It’s more potential then actual skill. He’s not even the best young player on the sixers. Joel Embid is the center piece of that team.

Al Horford is super underrated! He shut Embiid down a bit, turned him into just a spot shooter at the 3pt line towards the end of the game last night. I'm a Bucks fan & a lot of people give us shit because according to them we lost to the Celtic's 2nd stringers in the playoffs lol. Did they forget Al Horford is an 5 time Allstar, Tatum was one of the best rookies, Jaylen Brown is one of the best young players, & Brad Stevens is the best coach in the NBA? Celtics are just pretty damn good, they made it to the ECF 2 years in a row, once with Isaiah Thomas & last season without Kyrie & Hayward. With or without Kyrie, they're a great team either way! I personally think Kyrie is a bit overrated, he doesn't impact the game as much as other superstars in the East, he's just a great scorer. Tatum will soon be the best player on the Celtics if he's not already the best. I actually think the Celtics have a better chance against the Warriors than the Rockets, they just play better overall.

Embiid was trying to go hard in the paint 1 on 1 against Horford & got blocked. Of course Embiid is the more talented player though, best Center in the NBA imo, unless you count AD as a Center.
Embid needs to learn how to play smart and not rely on his athletacism. Also Simmons need to hurry up and add jump shots to his game or else they would just be a one attack mode team.
Everybody forgets about Marcus Morris. He's a solid role player off the bench. He could be better on defense but solid role player in this system.
