Yep, Sound Guy (if he indeed was the guy who mixed the sound) got that much attention and screen time because he was a big part of that videos success. Cooking Sumtin's Sound Guy is meh. Not in general, but in comparison. So the slogan should not be "Get JAD back!" or "We want more JAD!" but "Get Sound Guy back!" and "We want more SG!".

I have a couple things that bothered me… why does the description say lobster broth and he said chicken stock and then there’s the part where it says dry vermouth and when he said it in the video it was extra dry 🤦🏽♀️ he also didn’t mention how he cooked the lobster first before he threw it in the sauce but that’s cool. I’m a very precise person especially making something for the first time. Just hope it comes out as good 😅
