You must first delete any previous version of that application before trying to install the new version from my store. You get that message because your device is preventing you from installing two identical applications.
Sorry, but TH-cam will not allow me to open the app and show you how anything works. TH-cam will remove my video if I open the app. If they remove 3 videos, my entire channel will will be removed completely from the platform. TH-cam has removed over a dozen different channels of mine. If all of my videos and my channels get removed, well, that doesn’t help anybody. You have to allow your system to fully power off then when you power your system on, it should connect automatically
