I’ve got Cat on a Hot Tin Roof on my tbr and I read the Glass Menagerie earlier this year. Love Tennessee Williams. What a fabulous large book haul. Great video 😊
@RaynorReadsStuff Tennessee Williams was a genius. When I was in my early 20s read most of his plays and many of his short stories. I'm looking forward to diving back into his work.
Great Haul, The Tears of the Sun is exactly the type of cover that i would just pick up, buy then curse that i had not got book one haha. We are having a rare blast of sun/heat in the UK, it's horrid 🤣Hope you are doing well bud
@vens_book_corner We are having a heat wave also. Very hot during the day then culminating in severe thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. The book store had almost all the books in missing from the Sterling series and I almost got them all. Then I decided to just get book three, and if I'm still excited with series after reading books two and three then I'll get all the others. Who knew I had that much self control?
Read a few Barbara Kingsolver…Prodigal Summer is my favorite…so far. Haven’t read anything by her in a while. Live near Boston and the weather is unbearable…hot and humid! 🥵
@Sheila-jw4iw Poisionwood Bible is the only Kingsolver I've read. I'm looking forward to reading her other books. I just bought Flight Behavior as part of this Haul and I have Demon Copperhead on my Kindle. The weather here has been unbearable too. Lots of storms.
