It says nothing about people in government being able to express their religious belief in government places or public places. I would advocate for that if there was a consensus that agreed it was OK to do. I don't believe there should be a law to force these type things but there was a law Legislated that has kept the Bible and prayer our of schools. The words "separation of church and state" do not appear in the U.S. Constitution, but the concept is enshrined in the very first freedom guaranteed by the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." Known as the establishment clause, the opening lines of the First Amendment (key point) prohibit the government from creating an official religion or favoring one religion (or nonreligion) over another.

    Here's how you do it:
    1. Bring back the pledge, but modify it from "under God" to "under One".
    2. Require theology AND humanism as a high school requirement, under the banner of social studies.
    3. Keep human sexuality course, but divide in half, where, in the first half, you have basic human reproduction (6th grade) and basic human sexuality (12th grade). KEEP SEX OUT OF PRMARY SCHOOL LEVEL.
    4. Teach home economics in high school, which should include financial literacy.
    5. Teach critical thinking, speech, foreign language, and civics.
    6. Institute a real PE program, and bring back Jr. ROTC.
    7. Focus on job training and preparation in junior and senior grade. Require driver's education and training.
And that's a start. Give these kids structure and guidance.

Also it's a pretty decent list for educational reform, but there's some few modifications I would like to make with 4 of the 7 suggestions.
      - As for number 1, we can have the Pledge of Allegiance like it was before when it was just " one nation, invisible, with liberty and just for all " instead of " one nation, under god, invisible with liberty and just for all ".
      - As for number 2, I think the teachings of humanism and theology should be left up to the parents if they want to teach your parents either of the philosophies or both of the philosophies.
      - As for number 3 I think human sexuality is something that an individual can figure out on their own in their teen years and young adult years with their peers who are obviously similar age as them. Sex education is something should be taught in the matter of middle school health class that teaches about the reproductive parts of males and females, the biological formation of birth, the different types of STDs, and the different types of contraceptives. Then the students can do what they want with that information.
      - As for number 6, I agree we need to bring back real PE program. But I think we also need to introduce a compulsory combative class that teaches students boxing and wrestling that would be required to teach for at least 7 years of the K to 12 education ( aka from kindergarten to 6th grade at least and then students after 6th grade can choose if they want to keep taking that PE course or not ). It would not just teach children to effectively defend themselves in hand-to-hand combat situations at a early age, but it would also help build character.
Then after those four modifications, I want to also would like to add an suggestion of educational reform which would be acquiring to teach students at 12th grade a course that's about gun training and gun safety ( in which they will be trained and closely looked after by a trained professional marksman ).

I couldn’t agree more. Injecting Christianity and religion into public schools isn’t what Americas forefathers intended, regardless of America having Christian foundation. Our forefathers knew that better than anyone does today and they made it a point to separate church from state. They had a reason for that.

Literally everything you teach a child as they grow up is technically indoctrination, the point is to try and expose them to as much positive, healthy, and constructive indoctrination as possible before they get to an age where you’re unable to teach them anything anymore, or “indoctrinate” them anymore.
Tell me, what would a kid look like and behave like that’s never had ANY “indoctrination”?
Would they even be able to function in the world? Every belief, moral ideal, every aspect of a persons worldview comes to them from some form of indoctrination. Having kids saying the pledge of allegiance is probably the most mild, the least destructive, the least dangerous, and the least likely type of indoctrination to lead to unhappiness in a kids life. Don’t you want kids in America to care for this country? To value it, to want to protect it and the people that they care about? But I would also say that shove the religious belief down to the throats of people with either different beliefs or non beliefs is just something that's going to stir the pot to create divide. Not to mention K-12 schools are there for teaching kids about the basic fundamental of educational curriculums ( like reading, writing, math, science, and history for example ).

The 1960’s is the transporter that brought us from the past into the present. In the process, the liberals removed anything that they perceived as a weapon. Gone are the pledge of allegiance, the prayers in public school along with the enactment of the first gun control law. Also, the liberalization of the mainstream Churches which brought about major changes resulting in splits between conservatives and liberals.

That the Supreme Court in the years following reconstruction chose to only selectively incorporate some of the enumerated rights strikes me as an affront to justice. That we still have to be arguing over this today is indicative of a problem.
I do not hold, for instance that certain states may ban weapons they find frightening, even though the 2nd amendment guarantees the right to both keep and bear arms, of unspecified types. Nor do I hold that states might employ some form of racial discrimination in their hiring practices, even if meant to redress certain past discriminatory practices. And to be consistent, I also hold that states cannot spend taxpayers' money in support of any religion or faith, nor may the state compel attendance in any institution that promotes or promulgates the doctrines of any specific religion. Any such support or promulgation must either apply equally to any and all religions, or must be curtailed entirely.
