I am here with you, but on this day listening to Pastor Voddie. I am not disabled and could attend any church, but I am afraid of them these days because they have become political and woke. I'm afraid of false teachers/pastors.

Ive been watching this TH-cam channel for a while now thinking this church would be far from me, and how id like to go check it out. Then out of curiosity of wanting to see where it is i looked at the website, and its only an hour away lol. I though it would be in Georgia or Kentucky for some reason.
I am allergic to those accepted by the church that break the 10 Commandments every single day and call themselves Christians and judge other people! What I have experienced with the CHURCH, MY OWN FLESH AND BLOOD…I have had my mothers soul broken by CHRISTIAN kids. I just wish to forget them all. To live Matthew 10…. Is a fate worse than death. Lies are not good food and do not lead to repentance, even if they are well intended. In order to knowingly lie, you have to also know the truth, and you will love one but hate the other. Does hating truth lead to anything but suffering and death? Feed the sheep good food, the truth, so that all may live.

I disagree with not being able to hear words from God, but every word must align with the word of God. If it doesn't, then it ain't him. Other than that, good on ya man
I agree with you, and I love Voddie...but I think they are primarily concerned with the folks who go around claiming to have "a word" or "prophetic" vision from God...which they use to make themselves appear legit. And people think well of them. But of course God speaks to us outside of scripture! As long as it lines up with scripture. He can advise you to stay silent on a matter, or to speak up about a matter. He can lead you to go talk to a certain person and share the gospel with them or invite them to church. He'll never tell you to do something against His word or His nature. He could tell you by His Spirit not to go hiking in a certain place. So you don't. Later you hear there was a giant landslide or grizzly bear attack or something. But obviously not the same thing.

@@gfbc1689it honestly seems and reads like we are talking about different things. Maybe Voddie means that we are not audibly hearing the LORD?? I know the LORD has impressed on me special revelation about my specific situation. For example the first time I ever heard the LORD speaking to me (not audibly like I speak to people… but my spirit understood), He said “you worship me, and I will take care of him”. That goes along with Matthew 6:33. Bottom line: I believe it’s a misunderstanding of terminology. There are certainly false prophets out there… so-called “serving” the LORD for clout and money is never the right answer. But I don’t fully agree with the notion the our Heavenly Father is not speaking to His people in His own special way. The New Testament tells us to discern the spirits… and if anything or anyone says JESUS is not LORD, that’s how you know you’re not hearing /discerning if you will, the Spirit of GOD.
A False Prophet is Anyone that teaches MOSTLY Their Own words and NOT EVERY Single WORD Of GOD!!! 5 verses ONLY of THE WORD OF GOD is a Very Good EXAMPLE of a False Prophet!

This was a great sermon (all of Pastor Baucham's teaching is so). However, I believe a Pastor who speaks on false prophets does a disservice to the audience. There's an even deeper level of this you could say, and the thing that gets some ppl confused and that's the difference in a true false prophet and someone who is simply in error. One might be zealous in what they are saying truly believing it to be true, truly believing they're doing the will of God but they are spreading falsehoods. Then there is the one taking the Lord's name in vain, profiting from his name. Twisting scripture to justify his life. Even the rare? kind that knowingly deceive for the simple purpose of d ceiving others and turning them over to the evil one. For myself, I'd like to know if both of those are who Jesus is talking about cuz you could arguably say they both are false prophets, the only difference in them is when being confronted w truth and proof one may have the wisdom enough to change their position and say they were wrong while the other dismisses truth no matter what. Both are zealous over lies but one doesn't realize they are telling lies, or that how they act and talk aren't really christian because this is the group they were brought up in or joined at some point thinking this is what believers look act and talk like.
As a Christian, what if I just learned that my long term gf is standing in charismatic church. Will we separate and leave her in unbiblical teaching or still can marry her and mold her? She loves the Lord but she was guided by this wrong teaching. What will I do?
What is charismatic church? And how is it possible that you are just finding out a long time gf is doing anything unusual? And why is she a long time gf, and not a wife? Only you know the answers.
Just like a song or poem or book can 'speak' to me, the word "speak" does not necessarily mean that something is or was communicating audibly. I respectfully disagree with you on that point. As my Best Friend, Father, and King, God definitely does tell me this, that, and the other and I see nothing wrong with using words like "said" and "told" in any context in which God speaks to me. If someone uses sign language to "tell" me something, they still *told* me something even if it wasn't audible. Also, God doesn't change. How He spoke to people before, He can still speak to us now. Also, while I agree that false prophets can be identified by unfulfilled prophecies, there are also false prophets who can give very accurate prophecies while having very corrupt character (they can be quite tricky to spot if, as you rightly put it, we are not skilled fruit inspectors)

If you knew the way of life of the Jewish people you would find that all of the social evils (including lust and infidelity etc.) and blood shed done in the name of "YOUR G-D" (in the hundreds of millions over 2000 years) that exists is not to be found by us from the time of Abraham until today. Most christians, including religious leaders, have never read the Tora, The oral Tora (which the church rejected. The Tora gives commands but the oral Tora tells how to fulfill the commands. Without it, there is no way to know the laws of being a scribe, to make filacteries (those black boxes worn on the head and hand and bound by leather straps), how to perform ritual slaughter, etc.), or the Prophets or the writings. What you read (like the king James) is a translation / commentary of the original Hebrew text where certain words have been replaced with different words, the tense of words are changed from past tense to future tense, and text is aquoted out of context, all with the intention to make the new testament "work" but without such manipulations and lies there would be no Christianity. The septuagen only covers the five books of Moses, yet the word septuagen is used to refer to the scriptures. Why is the new testament written in Latin if Jesus came to the Jewish people. By the time the new testament was written, all of the original Jewish followers of Jesus who kept the entire Tora but erred thinking that the messiah had come, already died. So the new testament caught to be sold to the pagons of the area who knew latin and the ritual Jewish laws were dropped since it would not appeal to pagons (it would be to much of a burden to keep). Amazing how the Jewish people have the Tora of G-d for 3.75 thousand years even though the Christians say that man can not be free of sin. Yet we have Kabalists even today (though they are almost impossible to find but were still visible less than 20 years ago). When G-d makes a covenant it is forever. And so even if the Jewish people sin, they are still the chosen people and no one will replace them. In the Tora, Jacob / Israel is called the son of G-d and so that title could not be given to another like YOUR G-D Jesus. There is a 2 set volumn book called "let's get biblical", available on amazon written by Rabbi Tovia Singer who knows by heart, chapter and verse: all writings of the Tora, prophets, and writings both in Hebrew and English, the new testament and all of the meetings of the Church from its start and who said what and who said what in the new testament, and the Quran. He shows how the text of the original Hebrew texts has been modified in the new testament and how parts of the Prophets are quoted out of context, and how the tense of the prophets is changed from the past to the future to support the concept of finding Jesus in the Tora and Prophets. The easiest way to know that Jesus can not be the messiah is simple. Since the new testament claims that Marry was impregnated by G-d and not her husband (a Greek idol worship concept that attributed such birth to Zeus). In Judaism, a child is Jewish only if the mother is Jewish but a child's tribe is determined by the tribe of the father. Since the husband of Marry was not part of the conception of Jesus, therefore Jesus has no connection to king David and is not a descendant of him and therefore can not be the messiah. Also, human sacrifice is NOT permitted in the Tora. This a pagon practice. So his blood can not redeem anyone. A sacrifice was only given for unintentional sin. G-d says thru the Prophets: Do I wish for the death of the wicked rather they should repent and return from their evil ways. Also, blood is not needed for atonement since when there was a temple present, a poor person could bring grain offering (no blood). In Leviticus, G-d says that if a person gives a sign or prediction and it does come to be but he tells you to stop performing any part of the Tora or to add to it then you should know that this person is a false prophet and is definitely not the messiah. The new testament abandoned the keeping of the ritual laws of the Tora. The prophets discussion of the messianic time is not focused on who the messiah will be rather on the fact that when he comes there will be world peace. Also, he will come after the war of Gog U'MaGog. Also, the whole world will recognize and accept him. Read the books I mentioned above.
You seem to ignore the word of God in Genesis that the promised seed would come from the woman's seed. The seed(Messiah)that would crush the head of the snakes(devil) seed amen

Lies are not good food and do not lead to repentance, even if they are well intended. In order to knowingly lie, you have to also know the truth, and you will love one but hate the other. Does hating truth lead to anything but suffering and death? Feed the sheep good food, the truth, so that all may live.

I disagree with not being able to hear words from God, but every word must align with the word of God. If it doesn't, then it ain't him. Other than that, good on ya man
When we study and meditate on God's Word, God will speak to us from what we have stored up in our hearts.
I agree with you, and I love Voddie...but I think they are primarily concerned with the folks who go around claiming to have "a word" or "prophetic" vision from God...which they use to make themselves appear legit. And people think well of them. But of course God speaks to us outside of scripture! As long as it lines up with scripture. He can advise you to stay silent on a matter, or to speak up about a matter. He can lead you to go talk to a certain person and share the gospel with them or invite them to church. He'll never tell you to do something against His word or His nature. He could tell you by His Spirit not to go hiking in a certain place. So you don't. Later you hear there was a giant landslide or grizzly bear attack or something. But obviously not the same thing.

@@gfbc1689it honestly seems and reads like we are talking about different things. Maybe Voddie means that we are not audibly hearing the LORD?? I know the LORD has impressed on me special revelation about my specific situation. For example the first time I ever heard the LORD speaking to me (not audibly like I speak to people… but my spirit understood), He said “you worship me, and I will take care of him”. That goes along with Matthew 6:33.
Bottom line: I believe it’s a misunderstanding of terminology.
There are certainly false prophets out there… so-called “serving” the LORD for clout and money is never the right answer. But I don’t fully agree with the notion the our Heavenly Father is not speaking to His people in His own special way. The New Testament tells us to discern the spirits… and if anything or anyone says JESUS is not LORD, that’s how you know you’re not hearing /discerning if you will, the Spirit of GOD.
A False Prophet is Anyone that teaches MOSTLY Their Own words and NOT EVERY Single WORD Of GOD!!! 5 verses ONLY of THE WORD OF GOD is a Very Good EXAMPLE of a False Prophet!

This was a great sermon (all of Pastor Baucham's teaching is so). However, I believe a Pastor who speaks on false prophets does a disservice to the audience. There's an even deeper level of this you could say, and the thing that gets some ppl confused and that's the difference in a true false prophet and someone who is simply in error. One might be zealous in what they are saying truly believing it to be true, truly believing they're doing the will of God but they are spreading falsehoods. Then there is the one taking the Lord's name in vain, profiting from his name. Twisting scripture to justify his life. Even the rare? kind that knowingly deceive for the simple purpose of d ceiving others and turning them over to the evil one. For myself, I'd like to know if both of those are who Jesus is talking about cuz you could arguably say they both are false prophets, the only difference in them is when being confronted w truth and proof one may have the wisdom enough to change their position and say they were wrong while the other dismisses truth no matter what. Both are zealous over lies but one doesn't realize they are telling lies, or that how they act and talk aren't really christian because this is the group they were brought up in or joined at some point thinking this is what believers look act and talk like.
Some don't realize they are spreading falsehood. It's all they know.

As a Christian, what if I just learned that my long term gf is standing in charismatic church. Will we separate and leave her in unbiblical teaching or still can marry her and mold her? She loves the Lord but she was guided by this wrong teaching. What will I do?
What is charismatic church? And how is it possible that you are just finding out a long time gf is doing anything unusual? And why is she a long time gf, and not a wife? Only you know the answers.

Just like a song or poem or book can 'speak' to me, the word "speak" does not necessarily mean that something is or was communicating audibly. I respectfully disagree with you on that point. As my Best Friend, Father, and King, God definitely does tell me this, that, and the other and I see nothing wrong with using words like "said" and "told" in any context in which God speaks to me. If someone uses sign language to "tell" me something, they still *told* me something even if it wasn't audible. Also, God doesn't change. How He spoke to people before, He can still speak to us now.
Also, while I agree that false prophets can be identified by unfulfilled prophecies, there are also false prophets who can give very accurate prophecies while having very corrupt character (they can be quite tricky to spot if, as you rightly put it, we are not skilled fruit inspectors)
It is written, in several places of the Bible, that man cannot even read that book, such as Revelation 5. So anyone claiming to teach the Bible is a liar, for the job of the Prophet Jesus told you about, will teach you how to hear, read, and write, the Word. He will help teach mankind judgment.
William Miller predicted Jesus’ 2nd coming in Autumn 1844 based on Daniel’s prophesy in chapter 8 concerning the 2300 days. This was Verified by many others before the disappointment. Not Ellen White.

I have learned alot. I have a question, Is denying the lord Jesus Christ blasphemy?
If you knew the way of life of the Jewish people you would find that all of the social evils (including lust and infidelity etc.) and blood shed done in the name of "YOUR G-D" (in the hundreds of millions over 2000 years) that exists is not to be found by us from the time of Abraham until today.
Most christians, including religious leaders, have never read the Tora, The oral Tora (which the church rejected. The Tora gives commands but the oral Tora tells how to fulfill the commands. Without it, there is no way to know the laws of being a scribe, to make filacteries (those black boxes worn on the head and hand and bound by leather straps), how to perform ritual slaughter, etc.), or the Prophets or the writings.
What you read (like the king James) is a translation / commentary of the original Hebrew text where certain words have been replaced with different words, the tense of words are changed from past tense to future tense, and text is aquoted out of context, all with the intention to make the new testament "work" but without such manipulations and lies there would be no Christianity.
The septuagen only covers the five books of Moses, yet the word septuagen is used to refer to the scriptures.
Why is the new testament written in Latin if Jesus came to the Jewish people. By the time the new testament was written, all of the original Jewish followers of Jesus who kept the entire Tora but erred thinking that the messiah had come, already died. So the new testament caught to be sold to the pagons of the area who knew latin and the ritual Jewish laws were dropped since it would not appeal to pagons (it would be to much of a burden to keep).
Amazing how the Jewish people have the Tora of G-d for 3.75 thousand years even though the Christians say that man can not be free of sin. Yet we have Kabalists even today (though they are almost impossible to find but were still visible less than 20 years ago).
When G-d makes a covenant it is forever. And so even if the Jewish people sin, they are still the chosen people and no one will replace them.
In the Tora, Jacob / Israel is called the son of G-d and so that title could not be given to another like YOUR G-D Jesus.
There is a 2 set volumn book called "let's get biblical", available on amazon written by Rabbi Tovia Singer who knows by heart, chapter and verse: all writings of the Tora, prophets, and writings both in Hebrew and English, the new testament and all of the meetings of the Church from its start and who said what and who said what in the new testament, and the Quran. He shows how the text of the original Hebrew texts has been modified in the new testament and how parts of the Prophets are quoted out of context, and how the tense of the prophets is changed from the past to the future to support the concept of finding Jesus in the Tora and Prophets.
The easiest way to know that Jesus can not be the messiah is simple. Since the new testament claims that Marry was impregnated by G-d and not her husband (a Greek idol worship concept that attributed such birth to Zeus).
In Judaism, a child is Jewish only if the mother is Jewish but a child's tribe is determined by the tribe of the father. Since the husband of Marry was not part of the conception of Jesus, therefore Jesus has no connection to king David and is not a descendant of him and therefore can not be the messiah.
Also, human sacrifice is NOT permitted in the Tora. This a pagon practice. So his blood can not redeem anyone.
A sacrifice was only given for unintentional sin. G-d says thru the Prophets: Do I wish for the death of the wicked rather they should repent and return from their evil ways.
Also, blood is not needed for atonement since when there was a temple present, a poor person could bring grain offering (no blood).
In Leviticus, G-d says that if a person gives a sign or prediction and it does come to be but he tells you to stop performing any part of the Tora or to add to it then you should know that this person is a false prophet and is definitely not the messiah.
The new testament abandoned the keeping of the ritual laws of the Tora.
The prophets discussion of the messianic time is not focused on who the messiah will be rather on the fact that when he comes there will be world peace. Also, he will come after the war of Gog U'MaGog. Also, the whole world will recognize and accept him.
Read the books I mentioned above.

Matthew was preaching to the Jews, while Paul was preaching to the gentiles.
the whole entire Bible is God-breathed...meaning inspired by God. Individuals wrote in their own styles but it was all directed by God. We trust God is big enough to keep His word pure as He preserves it thru the generations.
