Yep, you are teaching her how to invest, as you mentioned about 2 years ago at Rama 4 Tesco. I am sure that you are an integral part in her land buying. I had a nice lady friend for several years, when I came and went regularly from Bangkok, from Kalasin. I think a family of 4 needs 4 rai of rice field land for rice self-sufficiency for one year. I was advised that a 'farang' should never go with the woman so prices are not automatically jacked up.
Tikkie is teaching me about buying and transferring real estate in Thailand. Im helping her understand other types of investments. She’s very smart and a great learner
Yeah, that's cosmetic and feel-good, but if she is legally married to you then it still, technically, violates Thai land law, regardless. Granted, lots of people do it. Don't think the Thai gov cannot "undo" it at any time they want. There have been cases where a relative filed a complaint and got the property.
Nice content again .. a lot of info .. and a good edit Rhythm.. greetz from Berlin
Glad you enjoyed it! And we appreciate your support

Take care of that cough buddy.
The cough I caught there last month ended up being a lung infection that needed antibiotics.
Yup exactly what I caught. Thanks for passing it on 😡 It wasn’t a good two weeks

We're not buying a house any time soon we prefer condo living in the heart of Bangkok. Don't know what the future holds, but that's in the future
