I'm a cook and retired. Your show has inspired me to get excited about ingredients when cooking for just myself again. Not a problem when I have guests but when it's just me, bleh. I may not make what you're making but there's always something your doing where I say, "I have that! I'm gonna make X" and that carries me away to an entire meal. I cannot thank you enough.

Sea buckthorn is cultivated in ladakh in India and is supposed to be a superfood... Marketed as a juice here... It's quite nice

Looks wonderful. I sm going to try the cheese and potsto pi. It is very much like my Ukrainian heritage perogy filling in a pie except that the onions are sauted in butter and added to the potatoe cheese filling . So to me looks like it needs butter in the filling .
