My heart is happy watching this. I'm absolutely head over heels for this movie! Great acting, beautiful & touching story, and it has a nice flow. I like to play it during my indoor walking workouts so that I can get exercise and have something cheer me up at the same time. Life can be great 🥰

I watch this movie every year and it brings tears to my eyes. Why would a Mom take the son or children away from their father on Christmas Eve or Christmas day? Stuff like this is happening all over the world and will continue to happen until parents stop trying to hurt each other. Children are a gift born out of love and should be treated as such. I watched this movie many years ago and I still cry in the end. Such a heart warming story, such love for his son. And so much Faith. Tree brought his son home, now it can show Santa the way to all the little kids in that street.

The reason for the tree on the roof of his house will bring you to tears!!! Wonderful movies, Michele Morgan and Tim Reid were excellent! A film full of hope and new beginnings, even when there has been a past filled with suffering. This is the kind of movie that belongs on Network TV. Not all the shoot em' up garbage .
The legal precedent I see is that he had been doing this for almost 20-years and they have been citing him for the past three years. Under ex-post facto laws, since he can show a history of putting a tree on his roof without incident or citation for almost 17 years; and since you cannot create a law making what has been historically accepted as legal to be illegal overnight, his case could have been won based on that alone. My heart is happy watching this. I'm absolutely head over heels for this movie! Great acting, beautiful & touching story, and it has a nice flow. I like to play it during my indoor walking workouts so that I can get exercise and have something cheer me up at the same time. Life can be great 🥰

I watch this movie every year and it brings tears to my eyes. Why would a Mom take the son or children away from their father on Christmas Eve or Christmas day? Stuff like this is happening all over the world and will continue to happen until parents stop trying to hurt each other. Children are a gift born out of love and should be treated as such. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year during this world pandemic.

I watched this movie many years ago and I still cry in the end. Such a heart warming story, such love for his son. And so much Faith. Tree brought his son home, now it can show Santa the way to all the little kids in that street.
Tim Reid was always an excellent actor. Beautiful Christians story.

The legal precedent I see is that he had been doing this for almost 20-years and they have been citing him for the past three years. Under ex-post facto laws, since he can show a history of putting a tree on his roof without incident or citation for almost 17 years; and since you cannot create a law making what has been historically accepted as legal to be illegal overnight, his case could have been won based on that alone.
