You have the traditional scenery and snow that we don’t have but are raised thinking of as Christmasy! I know it must be different and perhaps difficult being so far from home. One of our favorite things to do at Christmas is to drive through neighborhoods that are decorated with lights. It is a free and lovely way to see Christmas being celebrated. It’s probably too late, but watching a production of the Nutcracker at a local dance theater is also wonderful. Seeing children dance in their costumes and demonstrating their hard work is always entertaining, even if you don’t know them! Welcome and Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁 🎄
Speaking from experience, I would recommend she stay/run away from that love interest. He demonstrates his negative attitude from the get go. His true self on display. His attitude not yet cleaned up in the interest of pursuit.
I love American Christmas movies! I would love to spend Christmas in a small town like this, but in Brazil, it doesn't snow like that. In some cities in the south, it even snows, but very, very little, not really accumulating snow!
I grew up in Michigan, snow country. After 42 years I moved to sunny Florida where I lived in the Tampa Bay area for 35 years . No snow there, but could get quite cold for winter. There was no lack of the celebration of Christmas. It was great! All the wonder without freezing to death! But for the last 8 years I live in the White Mountains of Arizona and though snow and freezing weather again, there is a lack of the Christmas feelings, so - Humbug. It is so sad. I just can't get into the spirit or mood of Christmas here. Even watching Christmas movies seems just way far away in another place, another time, but not here. Like it doesn't exist. It is very, VERY depressing. Snow means nothing.
This is all made up Magda, all this hallmark rubbish, most of hallmark movies are filmed in Canada, not USA, never any sex like real life, in movie, no one is poor, all fancy houses, no money worries etc.
This was sweet Christmas movie- cuz of the true Christmas scenery of Snow, Christmas trees, Christmas Lights & decorations ornaments! A great funny start w/ bend out of shape firefighter drama at first & how he's falling in love with a Beautiful visitor getting to know her & at last A Happy Ending with Engineering guy now Chief Firefighter, Volunteer to Read Christmas Carol to kids every year & finally stop being proud & humble to see the Light & go after his true love. Actress story was very sweet & loving, caring, humble millionaire granddaughter. WE LOVED THE HAPPY ENDING! IT WAS A MERRY CHRISTMAS FOR THE TOWN & EVERYONE! WONDERFUL!❤

I love stories where the characters work together kindly. Hallmark movies is the new wholesome Hollywood with all its great stories and fabulous actors and actresses....the old Hollywood reached total corruption ...hallmark is picking up where true talent and entertainment left off years ago....thank you. All of you....

I lived in both UK and USA. London is one of the most beautiful places on earth for Christmas, Americans travel there to see it. I propose that as you are already in UK make a trip there. European decorating is more subtle and classy, one can have too much of Christmas deco. I guess it is down to taste. For me no better place to celebrate the season than walking around Christmas markets in Germany. Berlin has more than 100 of them.
