That's right! sometimes putting a single healthy worker in the cookhouse instead of 5 workers makes a huge difference. Spread that food out as far as you can =)

I thought the icon that represented the end of the storm was indicating the"worst" day for temperature drop... so didn't overcharge my generator until minutes before the scenario ended hehe. Lots of amputees, but I finished
you are not exactly wrong. There's no point in having the overdrive on when the last small bit of frost comes, because it won't help at all. Instead, it makes sense to have the overdrive at 99% when that last drop comes, and turn it off at that moment. Or, well, people say that it allows infirmaries to still be operating even during that drop, but what's the point, why would you care that much about people on any%?
Just finished my first survivor run, great stuffs, learnt a lot from this! Question for you - what if you don't click on the black prompt at 29:04, will you save some time there? Also, why not use a steam core to extend the overdrive, is that because the prompt cost you more seconds? Dumb questions, would be great if anyone answers :)

I do it to progress the scenario forward. I have to bring all three groups back to the base as soon as possible to trigger the storm when I do. If I accepted them into the base I would have to build more housing and other stuff which would only add time, so we bring them in, then tell them to go :)
