- Deepti Bhatnagar travels to Lauterbrunnen with her family. Lauterbrunnen is a beautiful valley town in Jungfrau region and is surrounded with 72 waterfalls. For her comfortable stay she chooses the Swiss Chalet. The chalet is close to Staubbach falls which has been a great source of inspiration for many poets. She also visits the stunning Trummelbach falls which are a series of ten glacier- waterfalls inside the mountain and is the only glacier waterfall in the world that can be accessed underground. Trummelbach falls is Europe's largest subterranean waterfall which carries upto 20,000 liters of water per second

Spring is not the best season in Switzerland with gloomy, foggy weather and it occasionally rains. Summer is the best season here with clear skies and crisp breeze of air

Hi Deepti, i am visiting France and Switzerland on my upcoming trip to Europe. I am very much intrigued with French culture and its food and language. Luckily i speak basic french which can help me in understanding the culture of France. I will be visiting Lauterbrunnen most likely. Expecting a lot from this trip. Hope all goes well
