Hello! I like your "indoor lessons", I can recognize almost all words you say due to the best audio. We really appreciate your work! Thank you very much! Now I am in Ontario, I have never been so close to teacher Bob! 😆
Hi Bob, thank you for your wonderful course. I have learned a lot of useful knowledge. I found an interesting phenomenon, you speak English I can easily understand, but other people speak English I couldn't fully understand, I don't know what is the reason.
I do do my homework. This sentence would never have come up if you didn't make this video. Coz sounds wired for me. But, do is a verb and also used to emphasize it. So it totally makes sense. I'm lazy today but I DO do the dishes before going to bed! Thanks🤩
Olá teacher Bob, eu já consigo me comunicar com o senhor e entende-lo em inglês, menos escrever ainda é um pouco difícil pra mim. Sou Brasileiro 🇨🇦🇧🇷 grande abraço, saudações brasileiras.
I'll add it to the list. It's a tricky one though. I'll have to think about it for a bit! (See how I used the word "though" there! Haha! I didn't even realize it until I was done!) 🙂📚🚂
I got accustomed to hearing/reading 'to do' already so turning back to the basics were quite strange. However it is not useless because repetition is the key to success. Sometimes I commit a mistake that is so simple! Thank you for the lovely video. Your plant in the background looks like it has a hat. What kind of plant is it? We expect snow soon so it is colder. I got a few days off but Friday I work.
I'm not sure what kind it is. It doesn't have tag. I'll check when I get home with my daughter as she is the plant expert in our family! 🙂📚🚂. (As for snow, we're getting hit hard right now. It's a perfect time to slip outside and make next week's video.)
Hello sir I had interest of watching your English videos , your explanation is so good , but I had problem of understanding of some meanings like had been, has been, have been , will have been, etc . Can you explain the full meaning of that some of verbs which I had presented on above sentence and also another meanings. Please sir do your next video of topic of some verbs such as had been , has been etc . And also explain difference between them. I think you can do the video
Hello Mr. Bob thank you for the lesson and the great explainations. Its nice that you can make examples with something to eat🍌 without geting hungry 😉. When I talk about something to eat I usually get hungry😅.
Hi Bob, Let me try to tell you a bit of quirky humor: A little monkey walks into a bar and asks the bartender: Do you have any bananas? 🍌 The bartender replies: No, I don't have any bananas. The little monkey asks the question again: Do you have any bananas? 🍌 The bartender who is starting to get a little nervous: No, I still don't have any bananas. The little monkey: Do you have any bananas? 🍌 The pissed off bartender: Are you deaf or what, I told you I don't have any bananas. If you ask me the same question again, I'll take your tongue and nail it to the counter. The little monkey then asks: Do you have any nails? Bartender: No, I don't have any nails. The little monkey: Do you have any bananas? 😄😉🙃🤪
It's the best class about this verb in present or past. The word most important for me is EMPHASIS. I HAD NEVER HEARD THIS EXPLANATION .wich clears a lot of this verbal tense. sincerily thank so much. You are an excellent teacher.....🍕🍌for you lunch😄
Relevant information , without a doubt , years a go need these information , but whit practice and confidence , day by day , weekend after weekend , im be able to obtain these comprehension

Hi Bob, great video! I have a question. Suppose you want to know if someone else knows what you know. Would you ask Do you know what I do or Do uou know what I know? I guess in the first question the final do wouldn't be interpreted as an auxiliary, but as a full verb. Thank you

I guess in the first question the final do wouldn't be interpreted as an auxiliary, but as a full verb.

You can use either, but the second one would be more common I think. Do you know what I know? Yes, I do! 😎🚀🍄
