I remember when James Hetfield broke down during a concert, feeling insecure, old -clearly with an anxiety episode... it was sad for me to read that. I hope that being relevant in 2024, with his music appearing in a popular game, and kids discovering his music helps to ease that feeling and makes him feel a bit better. The mere fact that MetallicA have always stayed relevant through it all speaks volumes. Though this wasnot their heaviest shit by far, and personally not my favorite Era, it still had big bore V8 street drag racing at a time when tuners, imports and fast and the furious was all the rage. This was just a hard rock anthem for driving with the pedal to the floor. Newsted is in it too so that's really all that matters.

I remember when James Hetfield broke down during a concert, feeling insecure, old -clearly with an anxiety episode... it was sad for me to read that. Though this wasnot their heaviest shit by far, and personally not my favorite Era, it still had big bore V8 street drag racing at a time when tuners, imports and fast and the furious was all the rage. This was just a hard rock anthem for driving with the pedal to the floor. Newsted is in it too so that's really all that matters.
