Dear Elden Ring community: Weapon stats do not matter, you don't need to worry about if a weapon is GOOD the only thing that matters is if you LIKE the weapon. Because if you LIKE the weapon then the weapon is GOOD. Don't let losers tell you that you shouldn't like a weapon because it's BAD. If you like a "bad" weapon and use it, that just means you're better than the people who only use the BEST weapons. My favorite weapon is the Ornamental Straight Swords, and all you hear people say is that they should be better, well I beat Consort Radahn with them, so that makes ME better.
I upgraded the smithscipt daggers with a lightning infusion scattershot on a dex build. Ended up becoming one of my favorite weapons because it would just melt bosses. Combine with the night claws and you have two lightweight weapons to back up a pvp build. Can't tell you how many times I pull out those daggers in a fight and immediately melt the other person. Pro tip for these daggers in combat. Slow down when throwing them, you will almost be guaranteed to catch people coming out of rolls.
Tips for this weapon: the heavy attack will stagger most human size enemies, including many smaller flying enemies. Since it does purely pierce damage, you benefit from using the spear talisman, and you can either outspace attacks and attack safely from a distance, or face trade with scattershot. Speaking of scattershot, the daggers have a hitbox, but your characters hands also have one, so point blank hits do significantly more damage. Edit: also the heavy attack is better in almost every situation over the light attack.
Damn, this weapon did really good, at 1st dmg always didnt seemed that much, but then the bosses health bar were saying diferent for most time, pretty cool weapon
This weapon class really deserved better. We should’ve gotten Crystal Knives, Holy Daggers like what Morgott uses, could’ve had cool little daggers made of lightning, poison or rot spikes… I could go on for a while. What I’m saying is I wish I could mod because I want more of these little beauties.
Been thinking of doing sequels with some of the best weapons that were done in the early days of the challenge where I’d beat the DLC and maybe Malenia🤔 perhaps one day but I do want to focus for the completely unused weapons first
Bro im in love with ur videos, but actually adding name of weapon u are gonna use will give u a lot of views and it will be much easier for ppl to find weapon they want to see gameplay with! U should change names to all videos for us and urself also! Keep up good work and have a nice day, take care! Love u :)
Thanks bro:) most of them have the weapon in the thumbnail and generic titles with just the name of the weapon don’t attract viewers, trust me:) been doing this for a while and tried different kind of titles to see what works the best. So no, adding the name of the weapon does not automatically give a lot of views. But thanks for the feedback and much love back!:)
"Can it proc status effects?" nothing can technically proc (Programmed Random OCcurrence) in this game, because no effects are random in the first place
Blue Dancer gave like over 20% dmg buff and not just counter attacks but all attacks:) but yeah if you wanna play it safe then definitely that's what you want to do
oh man this is one i was waiting for, this weapon was a big disappointment to me at first, then decent with status and scattershot throw. still i think its a bit bad, but has uses. its definitely cool and fun to use though. and i never tried claw talisman or raptors feathers, i wonder if that boosts those jumping attacks too, could make it do good damage.
Apparently you could boost the jumping attacks too with those yeah. There is actually a bunch of different talismans I would have wanted to use with this weapon.. at some point I wished that I had 8 talisman slots😂
congrats on finishing your first weapon category lol
🤣🤣 thanks!! super hyped about it

This is one of my favorite builds to use. Shotgun build all day
Super fun!!

The heavy attack just felt awfully slow against bosses, the jump heavy on the other hand felt perfect.

From 0 to 100 kinda weapon!

weapon class with just one weapon in it does feel a bit empty yeah..:D
The Fire Giant fight was like watching an acupuncture session
thx for video, I've been stuck on it for hour, keep doing what you're doing bro)
Cant wait for marikas executioner sword 😩 that run will be fire
Do you mean marais?:) that one is done already, kinda sad it never saw the DLC but it melted in the base game fs
@@FortiEnjoyer I think that weapon is worthy of a second video covering DLC Bosses.

Look out I'm throwing here! Jokes aside, this weapon along with the night claws are the closest thing to a Shredder build from TMNT
I can't wait for the other Smithscript weapons
I really had fun with this bunch
Yeah the others look sick too!
Oh man that tier list placement is gonna cause OnlyWaifu to make a video about you
I’m ready

Suomi lessons are back!
Yes😎
This is one of my favorite off hand pvp weapons. I use poison with it.
Honestly a usecase i havent though about! Offhand to keep poise pressure on bosses ! Makes the somewhat lackluster dammage a little less of an issue.
They should have had the range of Kukris for basic attacks
Overall tho I like the idea of the subclass experiment with SmithScript
Consort Radahn, the combo King
He and Rellana would come along well I suppose
Real Zero to Hero weapon... 🎉
Cool fun weapon ❤

you know what we mean when we say this you wasted your time commenting this🤦🏾♂️

Early gang in the house 😂

Throw out Blue Dancer Charm
Put on Spear Talisman
Add armour
Profit
