Love and thank you from OH, USA. Ranveer, I have been following your channel for last few months and this podcast hit home for me. I was born and brought up in India and now living in US over two decades. I strongly believe in principles of Ayurveda and traditional Indian food/life style. There has been a struggle living in a pill popping culture who tends to look down on thousands of years of proven medical science such as Ayurveda just because they have not yet done any research. To hear a Doctor’s perspective who is beautifully blending East and West has been a great joy.

I have faced lBS for few years because of emotional issues intensely, but no Doctor said this, l found out on my self research now much better, thanks for such podcast.
Does stress makes you eat more ?? As it’s common to see while you are mentally stressed you start eating more as well ?? As you said gut and mind is sending messages to each other all the time
It was amazing to listen Dr. Chiti Parikh and you are a unique host who always think how I can benefit society by spreading knowledge. Stay blessed always Ranveer❤
Ranveer whatever the doctor stated is well researched and documented in What the Health, Cowspiracy, Seaspiracy. Ranveer you need to watch this. Ranveer don't be selfish..you have all the wealth, access to the best resources, information to choose kindness over cruelty. Don't be plant based..be vegan. Either vegan or animal abuser.
Ranveer, pls get Madhur Daga, MD of Orient Bell…he breaks down mediation, mental and physical health in the most simplistic way. Such that you would want to give it that 1st shot
Ranveer, your stance on animal cruelty appears to be influenced by convenience, personal habits, and the desire not to alienate viewers. It’s worth reflecting on whether nutritionists, tantric scholars, and doctors who endorse practices involving animal cruelty for vested interests would advocate the same treatment if it were applied to humans. A fully awakened Heart Chakra fosters a deep sense of oneness, compassion, and love for all living beings and nature. It might be time to question whether your approach aligns with these higher ideals. True spiritual growth lies in embracing empathy and non-violence, extending it to all forms of life. How can one be Spiritual and violent at the same time?
