I think they are a great concept too! They are a nice lower budget doll to satisfy a doll craving when you don't have a lot to spend. 😊 They are so fun to play with. Do you have any in your collection Blaine?
The new outfit looks adorable on Ariel. I enjoy this generation of the Disney ILY dolls with the extra outfits and the hair is great on them. I was surprised how much I liked them and it gets hard not to want more! I noted with prior generations, the inset eyes seem cloudy on many of them, so I like the painted eyes on these newer ones better too. I also felt your pain getting them out of that packaging. It is tough but you did it! 😊
Aww thank you! That's interesting about the eyes. I haven't seen any with inset eyes in person. I wonder if the cloudiness is a defect? It would be interesting to find one just to compare. They are pretty and they have different characters. Thanks for hanging in there while I struggled with the packaging! LOL 😂

So I realized that the ILY shoes were not going to fit. It was lucky her meet shoes matched anyway! Good to know that the 18" ILY dolls have more narrow feet like MapleLea dolls. I wonder if those boots will fit on my MapleLea dolls? hmm

Cheryl I love her! I once got a ILY fashion pack for an 18" doll by accident because I was trying to get a fashion pack for my 11" fashion ILY dolls - I have 6 of them and I love them! They are so cute and you are right it is an absolute disaster to get those dolls out of the packaging. :D
Those 11" Disney dolls are fun to collect; I have a number of them. So cute! Your Ariel looks very sweet in her Disney-Bounding outfit! The Disney Animator dolls are super cute, too. Normally I'm not a fan of cartoony faced dolls, but these are the exception, somehow. Up until recently it was very hard for me to pass them up when I see them at the thrift store! Now that I have 5 of them (Cinderella, Merida, Rapunzel, Anna, and Tinkerbell) I can be more selective. Great video, thanks for sharing! Cute dolls, I also like the ILY line, especially the fashion packs for the 1/6 scale dolls. Some of the pieces fit Blythe and Rainbow High.
