It's not gonna win the best RPG when it's barely not even that.
The pacing of the game is actually horrendous. The eikons are peak everything else is extremely boring.

Also there’s no progression in the game you jsut get eikon abilities nothing new to change your gameplay you get all your core skills at the start of the game.

Oh Afro youngin let me learn ya right quick: after you execute a perfect Dodge, either hit square for perfect strike sword attack or triangle for perfect strike magic attack. You’ll start getting that damage up and it’ll help you later in the game with a certain Final Fantasy attack that every character uses 😊

I was tryna give him some pointers about changing his controls to put magic on L1 which makes it easier to charge attacks while doing other things. Also to read the active time lore, and to read ability descriptions as a move like heatwave isn’t as good if not used correctly but when it is used correctly it’s probably the strongest move in the game by far.
Literally his fault since he can't seem to read when there are more than 5 words on the screen at once 😂

Honestly it seems like he’s playing on story focused so it won’t matter as far as technical skill goes.

In 16 ifrit is a top 3 while being the physically strongest by far Odin and bahamut edge him out in hax but ifrit isn’t bad at that either so it’s really a toss up between those 3
Nah, we fight Bahamut while he absorbed a crystal and ifrit beat Odin. Clive only lost in human form.

that AoT healing on Ifrit's arm was fire
The best thing about 16 is they put respect on all the summons. Even the ones considered "weak" are super charged now and the ones they were just strong before and just absolutely insane now. I love this game.
