Frodo and Gandalf? Pencil and an eraser? Brilliant! Conan does genuinely push comedic boundaries and can’t wait to see him on whatever platform he chooses ….. just make sure Schlansky is there!
When I saw the title about "Conan's comment section" I thought he was gonna talk about this issue; Conan fans giving him praise for everything even if it's the other person made the joke/ Conan fans bringing other talk show hosts & insult them to say Conan is better. Conan is the best but you guys are just fanatics. It's like BTS gang.
Ok. Vir Das understands and sees Conan the same way I do. TeamCoCo! You're a brilliant and funny comedian, Vir Das. I hope you continue to be yourself and do YOUR comedy!
Conan was the best late night for being happy to play the straight man and let his guests shine, or for taking their lead and partnering with them to improve something. Contrast with Colbert, where even his supporters would say, it's all about Colbert
Yep. His interview with David Schwimmer did it for me. Stephen made it all about him and was mean. Came across very jealous. Worst interview I had seen in awhile.
@@annaiorio4543 Yes. He's so insecure, he can't help himself trying to one up his guests, no matter who they are. I'd imagine in real life, he's the same. He even does an occasional segment where his guests interview him. That's narcissism to the max. I really liked when Ricky Gervais put him in his place when he tried to embarrass Ricky for being an atheist. Ricky shot his lame arguments down very quickly.
Oh really? It’s been a few years since I stopped watching his talk show. I didn’t remember him that way but I probably do have to check out some of his recent interviews (Edit: I did see the first few minutes of David Schwimmer’s interview and Colbert annoyed me too). I do agree that Conan is a fat better interviewer and host. He is someone that you and I would be comfortable talking to on air.
It won't. They are very Indian-centric comics whose material works well with Indian audiences but won't with foreign audiences. Vir has more diverse material than that
If someone is reading these, maybe Conan can answer a question. On the ads for the show "Shrinking", there is a tagline "honesty is the best medicine". Is this a mixed metaphor intentionally for some reason? I have not watched the show yet, so I don't know if it has something to do with it. It just sounds so weird. Usually, "honesty is the best policy" and "laughter is the best medicine".
What you think of a typical Indian accent is not true and it's mostly people who are of 50's . He talks the way most of the people in india talk and you might even find various accents in India but not the one you heard, it's just your media that put it.
I like that Vir called it a "rubber" and Conan seemed to understand
Look up " Jimmy Dore to Tucker: " on youtube.
truth bomb...
@@cosmoray9750 no
I mean he knows a lot of British/Canadian people and they use rubber too, I think
Yeah in Ireland and UK it's rubber, presumably every former British colony uses it.
@@JITCompilation I don't imagine school stationery coming up too often but hey, it's Conan
"Starting so many talented people's careers", was a compliment that nailed Conan. Here's to Vir Das!!
My favorite guest so far. Just an amazing kind energy and chemistry the conversation just flows.

Did i just watch a pencil and an eraser have a conversation?
Good one!
Yes, and nothing came out of it

Hello Vir! Thanks for reading, you're a lot of fun to watch!
I want their friendship to flourish...
So happy to see 2 of my favorites taking together!!
Nobody is nicer than Conan! Successful and a good human!
Conan is an awesome person. I love him
Man I wish Conan would get more Indian comedians like Kenny Sebastian and Kannan Gill. They do comedy in English anyway. It would fit.
They won't fit in very well. Kenny had an interview with Will Smith and it was okay, he looked like a kid. Will was really nice the whole time.
It won't. They are very Indian-centric comics whose material works well with Indian audiences but won't with foreign audiences. Vir has more diverse material than that
Hey Vir. My man you are not small. 5'9 is way above avg height of many countries LoL
If Conan read our comments he would be making a bee line for the Just For Men and his chin.
Can we all agree that comments that start “can we all agree…” are the worst kind of groveling for a thumbs up kind of comments?
🫃🏼🐈💨🌈👁💋👁🦀
I feel like "Nobody:" jokes (if I can even call them that) are far worse
We can... Wait, damnit!
I assumed those were bots
Gave this comment a thumbs up.
He is incredibly funny! Saw his special. Wow!
he's talking about my comment..my comment is amazing
Conan looks like he should be helping Richard Dreyfus catch a great white shark.
Will Vir Das read these comments?
Read your comments Conan 😊💖 you’re awesome guy
Did he just say GAANDalf 🤣🤣
He says pencil and rubber after so many years in USA

I'm not Conan. But yes, they are intentionally using a mixed metaphor in the tagline
I know that comment section, and boy o boy, it's true indeed
This was as short as his height
Hi Vir!
Well vir is good at interview
Where did Gourley go? Dude's a ghost recently. 👻
❤️
That's kinda awkward because in another one of these videos, the vast majority of the comments were "he's not funny/ we agree with his parents".
He’s probably used to that lol
It’s the loud right wing trolls from his own country who harass and bully comedians & other celebs who don’t bootlick their supreme leader.
Conebone69
Conan snarkly corrects..... After vir says "rubber" He says " Eraser on my head"
its more like an acknowledgement that he understood.. any lesser comic would have made a condom joke..
lol
Cone Man, get rid of the beard...pronto!
What? Are you insane? No way!
Don't worry, it'll grow on you.
@@roorsamroor I see what you did there! lol!
@@xploration1437 But there's barely anything there and it makes him look...idk...anyhow, I still love Conan.
@@Daniel_Zalman You're aware beards don't just show up fully-formed, right? You have to grow past the "barely anything there" stage.
Why is his accent not a typical Indian accent which everyone makes fun of? Or is it just me who thinks that accent is the same but I'm not getting it.
