Could it made to move faster? Judging by the solid frame, something tells me that it should be able to. What's the bottleneck, is it vision system?
The main bottleneck is the auto feeder, DIY's auto feeder cannot move at high speeds.

Why is the machine using only one nozzle mostly? Is it not possible to use two of the same nozzles and mount the part twice?
This is based on the software logic of OpenPNP. Because these DIY machines are not running fast, I have not tested the issue you mentioned.

@@smartelec yes it’s possible. Just need in Parts Settings in the checkbox set “on” both nozzles (first and second)

You need special ESD safe filament, PLA, ABS, PETG not correct for tray printing
