hey, Im studying Korean now but I am thinking to start studying Chinese as well, are they similar in some way? I know they are from different language groups, buy are there any common things like in grammar or logic?

You said to and from have different forms in korean. Can I use these interchangeably?
Some of them can be used interchangeably but some can't. For example, 에게/한테(to) can only be used before a person and 에(to) cannot be used before a person.

In that part, "I'm going" is not used as a present progressive, such as "I'm going on a trip next week" (저는 다음주에 여행을 가요)
