Wolfgang Puck & Son Byron Lazaroff-Puck Open Merois & Ospero in West Hollywood

"It's a family business!"
Wolfgang Puck is working closely with his son Byron Lazaroff-Puck on his two newest restaurants. Merois and Ospero both recently opened at the Pendry Hotel in West Hollywood.
Byron is serving as general manager. Wolfgang says it is the first time one of his family has served in such a prominent role in the company.
Merois is "fun" fine dining which combines Asian flavors, French techniques, with a California flair. It is located rooftop at the Pendry.
Ospero is on the ground floor...on the iconic Sunset Strip. It offers more casual fare that Wolfgang is known for including the Salmon pizza, his grandmother's ravioli, and lots of pastries!
