- The Ultimate Ko Phi Phi Leh island travel itinerary (1 day trip). In today's virtual walking tour we will walking Maya Bay on Phi Phi Lee island, Krabi, Thailand. This is the most amazing place and beach in Thailand! First we will take a boat from Phi Phi Don on longtail boat it is takes 20 mins (also you can take speedboat, ferry or tour to Maya Bay and Ko Phi Phi Lee from Railay West, Railay East, Ao Nang Beach, Krabi town or Phuket). Then we will explore this island and places like Maya Bay (the most famous place in the world made by movie "The Beach" 2000s with Leonardo DiCaprio), Malong Bay, Loh Samah Bay, Pi Leh Bay (Pi Leh Lagoon), Viking Cave, snorkeling spots around the island, scenic views of rocks, crowded Maya Bay with tourists and view from Phi Phi Lay islands to Koh Phi Phi Don where located Monkey Bay, Ton Sai Pier, Loh Dalum Beach, Wang Long Bay, Nui Bay, Long Beach and etc... Ko Phi Phi Lee beautiful place with rocks, coral sharks and amazing sea. In the end I want to say that this island don't have any restaurants or shops, so you need bring water and all staff with you before 🇹🇭 Enjoy! Wow . I had visited Maya Bay back in 2017 with my family , that time we accessed directly from the beach , there was no such restriction that time . We were allowed to swim . I had so much of fun .

Unbelievable,I was there in 1987/1988 stayed 7 months, absolute paradise.

Just a couple years later for me. I stretched the planned weekend stay out a week rebooking on a new flight back to the states. Might have seen 50 people the entire week there. This is kinda hard to watch honestly. Activity, food and stay was maybe $40/day back then.

I have been to ko phi phi island in 2019 hand Maya bay was closed due to damage in corol.. Never knew they have openers it. Will visit soon 😁
Wow. It’s so different now. I was there 10 years ago and did the overnight camping trip. We accessed it from the back side and walked through the paths to approach Maya Bay. There were about 15 people total and we had the whole place to ourselves. Once sunrise happened, the bay was filled with boats and people everywhere. Definitely not the serene view that is protected today. Thanks for sharing.
