I really do think the 80s and early 90s were the best for all this type of stuff. I feel lucky I was a kid and got to enjoy all these cartoons on the old box.
Really enjoyed this, just getting back in to centurions as an adult collector. Ace was always my favourite, always seemed the coolest with the best specialist environment, shame it didn’t last longer as a toy line and franchise
Max Ray always reminded me of Tony Stark. He’s my favorite Centurion. I was born in 1986 when the Centurions aired. Jack Kirby is my childhood hero too.😊👊🏾🤍🤍🤍
I remember seeing in some episodes where Ace could combine the different components of his equipment like Skybolt and Orbital Interceptor and I remember Jake doing the same but I can't remember which ones he combined like Ace did.
Max Ray .... a briliiant Sea Operations Commander Jake Rockwelll ..... Rugged Land and Operator Specialist Ace McCloud .... Daring Air Operations Expert
The Centurions holds a really special place. As me and my friends over the Summers of 86 & 87. Would play at being The Centurions. As that was because of just how great the cartoon was.
Another great one takes me back. On another subject, have you thought of covering Deathstroke Slade Wilson? You have given great videos to almost all my personal favorite comic characters. He would be a good video I think.
If kenner would have slowed their roll on the scale and settled with 1/12 the possibilities would have been endless on attachable armaments and vehicles/playsets.
Awesome video! Loved these guys (even though I was "too old" for their toys, so just window shopped each time). I think I still have their comics. I had thought I'd seen all of their cartoons, but lately realized there must've been far more than I even knew existed (I've never seen the episodes with the later memembers of the Centu8rions). This would've made an awesome TV series; the retro-robotics were perfect for an era that saw Captain Power, Power Rangers, and all those GI Joe live commercials. (Oh and I heard rumor that one of the 3 original Centurions is unofficially one of the GI Joe members but older; any truth to that?)
You forgot: the first time Amber is referred to by name in an episode, they always say "Amber! Doc Terror's daughter!" and act like it's the first time she disguised herself as another character. Been re watching the series, and they do this EVERY time.
I grew up watching the Centurions and I have to say it was an awesome show the only thing they got wrong was Doc. Terror's origins I remember in the episode where it talked about Terror's origins he didn't cybernize himself at first it wasn't until Hacker wanted to return to normal but found out the process couldn't be undone and he lashed out at Terror severely injuring him forcing Terror to undergo the same process as Hacker to save his life and I also remember one episode where Hacker left both his cyborg side and Terror's cyborg side lying up against each other and the 2 systems fused into one and became even more dangerous as the 2 combined haves put some kind of cybernetic brain into all of Terror's robots making them even more deadly and it took out Max and Jake leaving Ace to fight all of them by himself and forced them to team up with Terror and Hacker and at the end of that episode Ace finally got to kiss Crystal while Max and Jake watched from they're hospital rooms and I even remember one episode where they went up against the Prince of Darkness himself Count Dracula.
I always loved this show when I was a kid, and Always wanted the action figures, but I never saw them in any shop in the UK, or catalogue, then about a million years later, I happened across them in a second hand store, and worse yet, I had no cash to get them :-( I always wanted to have Sky Knight.
Did you notice that Lucy the orangutan never gets involved in any of the fighting missions? It's just that there hasn't even been any comic book issue that shows her doing it. 🙄

One of my all time favorite cartoons

When your last name is "Terror", it kinda paints you into a corner professionally.
He had a person who identified as a cyborg as his “companion” though so it’s all right.
Max Ray always reminded me of Tony Stark. He’s my favorite Centurion. I was born in 1986 when the Centurions aired. Jack Kirby is my childhood hero too.😊👊🏾🤍🤍🤍
Awesome video mate. Max Ray is my favourite with Sea Bat weapons system
I had a few of these when I was a kid. Great memories.
I absolutely loved these.
I remember seeing in some episodes where Ace could combine the different components of his equipment like Skybolt and Orbital Interceptor and I remember Jake doing the same but I can't remember which ones he combined like Ace did.
I can't remember either but didn't they wear like once or twice each other's weapons I could swear that happened
@@knight2976able yes they did, in one Jake wore Maxs “dept Charger “
My Childhood Hero. Thank you for made this review.
Tom Selleck, Rock Hudson, & Harrison Ford... The Centurions!
Frank Grillo would make a great Max Ray

Ace was my favourite!!
Used to LOVE this show. I remember how big the action figures were. Ace was my favorite.
Firm, Grounded, strategically in action that represented in his exo suit. I think.
I loved this show. I caught it on reruns at some point.
Very cool...VERY EXPENSIVE TO COLLECT! 😁
Awesome video. Thanks.

Centurions was so awesome

Ace McCloud's my very favorite Centurion ever; he's also known as the Fearless Flyer. ✈
Would love to see a live film!
Sweet bro I tweeted you out
I would love to see a movie cartoon, just like what they did with transformers. One day 🤞🤞🤞
You forgot: the first time Amber is referred to by name in an episode, they always say "Amber! Doc Terror's daughter!" and act like it's the first time she disguised herself as another character. Been re watching the series, and they do this EVERY time.
Next do who is the inhumanoids
I saw the centurions on cartoon network when I was a kid and it's still kick ass and I wish that the show come back. 😀👍
Nice
Ace McCloud the Fearless Flyer, is still my very favorite Centurion ever.
My favorite was Ace McCloud
Mine too.

I was huge Fan on this cartoon Jake rockwill was my fav
You should do a video on G.I. Joe’s Sci-Fi. I don’t know really anything about him & he’d be the 60th video on your G.I. Joe playlist
His bravery and leadership led him to be promoted to brigadier general.
If only real life worked like that.
I'm watching her again and my favorite character is Jake.
Jake Rockwell was the best. Much like M.A.S.K. another show canceled way to soon.
As a washingtonian, max is my favorite
I always loved this show when I was a kid, and Always wanted the action figures, but I never saw them in any shop in the UK, or catalogue, then about a million years later, I happened across them in a second hand store,
and worse yet, I had no cash to get them :-(
I always wanted to have Sky Knight.
My favorite one is ace because of how he files and targets the missiles to stop doc terror 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅and
Centurions and captain power needs a remake
Lucy should have had armor too. An armored orangutan would have been cool
What's not to like about this video?
MAX also had Fantom Fan
0:53 Hate to be the annoying nitpick man here, but the Centurions (toy, cartoon and comic) came out before the TMNT toyline from Playmates did.
Ace
I have alot of toys and reviews on my channel

I wish this show was made by another better animation studio could had been much more sucessful along with the Sky Commanders.
