his education was flawless really, it feels like he was talking to you directly. very peculiar gift he had at engaging the audience really efortlessly.
I feel your pain . I just found this guy yesterday and he has never excited to workout with all the knowledge he is dropping in these videos. Rip to this guy .
His videos have such a nice and friendly charm to them. I enjoy watching him teach with such great pleasure. He s the guy that thought me to work through most of my training issues and saved me a lot of money.
God bless you John and thanks to family and friends for uploading these priceless training videos so we can keep learning and growing. Love to John’s family and friends. Jim Harrison. Cheshire UK.
I hate being fatigued I think I’m there right now, I usually do 125lbs of Tricep machine push downs and I’m only at 110lbs that feel like the 125lbs I usually do, on top of that I aggravated my rotator cuff again and that throws me off everywhere,
The strongest function of the pec, not the main function. There are many powerful adductors of the humerus. The main function is humeral flexion in internal rotation.
John is sorely missed.. he was the best articulator of training methods on TH-cam.. and the nicest person you could ever know. why do the Good people get taken so early in their lives?
Majority need BACKS not more boobs :( BB suffer from aesthetic blindness ;( Gymowners must promote less chestmachines & make back stuff more central/ available!
What exericses would you recommend to grow chest and shoulders if a person has shoulder impingement in both shoulders? 🥲 I've currently been doing wide chest press machine (hammer strength) standing SA landmine press, low to high cable row and lateral raise with thumb facing
John was pretty much the best educator and motivator on training. RIP legend
Definitely one of my favorites
I have that shirt. I wear it every once in awhile and remember all of the incredible things John taught me through his videos.
❤️🔥😍
I love that shirt. I would hang it on the wall as a reminder to be nice to others and train hard, like John did.
@@the_notorious_bas it gives me a 10% boost to strength and kindness.
@@willygoat4113 👍💪
Me too! I’ve worn it too much I might buy another just to have one which won’t wear from overwearing it

Genuinely sad when I came across John’s videos he had already passed 😪 but glad his videos are still available to help us get the GAINS!

Awesome video... Love the info about the strength curves and where to position the weight for different emphasis...
Your great dude. Clearly explained exercises always and not trying to act like a cool guy like some of the others. 🙄
Thank you sir
Jhon has taught me so many different ways to hit hard workouts and I've been doing this for 48 years RIP 4:51

THANK you for sharing this important message ❤❤❤💪🇺🇲😊
remember watching this episode when it was new
Bench
Standing press
Dips
Done
I agree, if you add some cable work in there.
Loved this guy
Way ahead of the science
Is there a reason why the recent videos are laterally inverted?
How many video do they have stocked up????
I wish John was still here… I’d ask if I’m doing high reps, low weight, am I using a slow negative or no?
Too bad that triple-decker press is not usually stocked in gyms. Looks like a great exercise for chest development.
Miss you big dog 🙏🏾
Rest in power Mountain Dog 💪
Rest in Peace to the Mountain Dog !!!
RIP John. Still dig your lessons
Body building is much poorer without John!
Truly mis you brother.

Thank you John... You're always among us ❤️
💪🏼👍🏼
This is teaching relates to natural not drug enhancement. Thank you John
Has nothing to do with being natural of enhanced. We all need to train hard for results.
Natural and enhanced training is the same. Progress may not be the same. Recovery isn’t the same. That is it.
What about the Pec Fly machine. Isn't the main function of the pec to bring the arm in towards oneself.....
The strongest function of the pec, not the main function. There are many powerful adductors of the humerus. The main function is humeral flexion in internal rotation.
Anyone know what brand elbow sleeves he is wearing
Looks like it could be Iron Rebel sleeves
