Thank you. Googled and found just what I needed to sublimate on htvront for dark fabrics. Your instructions are clear and concise - no confusion about whether to mirror or not to mirror - thanks again! Love your image too.
Great video. You have such a positive response when people are trying to be negative towards you. Thank you for staying positive and sweet. Thank you for sharing your technique for adding a sublimation image to a 100% cotton garment.
Whenever I do this, my prints come out great and vibrant...but the moment I wash it (I wash sublimation prints cold), it looks like the ink bleeds into the rest of the design, kind of like there's ink left over. It makes the white areas look blueish. What could be causing this?
I love this. Directions easy to follow. I just tried this and it failed. My sublimation paper stuck to the vinyl. I am hoping you can tell me what I did wrong.
Thanks for your help! Do you find that the vinyl gets bubbly? All videos I’ve seen they say to heat it at like 385 and I do and it’s already ruined. 315 works well for this vinyl? Thank you!
Thanks, your explanation is great. I’m getting an error on my Cricut when I’m trying to calibrate for the first time for print and cut; do you know how could I fix it? Do I need a regular ink inkjet? I only have a sublimation printer. Thanks
Hi Taylor , l always love your videos and you explain how to! Can I use the sublimation paper with my hp 4650 inkjet printer to do the sublimation ? I use the regular letter size in my printer
Hello, thank you for doing this video. I am brand new to doing shirts. Did I understand correctly that you said use card stock to do your print out on for the ink?
I got a little confused in what you were saying (sorry). But did you print out your imagine first and then cut the imagine and after that cut the htv? I get confused on how to get the cut settings when you are cutting out two seperate things. Any help is appreciated.
Be careful using a converted printer...if you don't get your tanks clear of the regular ink, you are going to have issues. Sublimation ink doesn't mix with regular ink.
Hey guys! Maybe someone can help me out. I do exactly all the process but still colors of sublimation are very light. Temperature, time, materials are the same as her.
The title is misleading. You are NOT sublimating onto dark cotton fabric. You are laying down a layer of vinyl, then sublimating onto that. So, in essence, you are doing an iron on.
I actually agree with you although I love her videos she's not the only one who has the title like that but she is telling you what she's doing in the title however it is sublimating onto the vinyl and then adding those sublimated vinyl to the cotton
The only difference in the title could have been to word it “Sublimating Using HTVRont’s for Dark Fabric on a 100% Cotton T-shirt,” but how long that would be? I understood exactly what the title meant, and I think most people would, too. If you don’t have anything nice to say, you probably shouldn’t say it. I appreciate her tutorial. It was exactly what I was looking for and very helpful.

What paper are you using
Design is great ❤❤❤❤
Thank u
Thanks for trying the cheap vinyl instead of easysubli! Is it very heavy?
Not at all
Hello great video. It listed under materials that you used white vinyl but I only see th sublimation vinyl used?
Look at the bottom
Thanks for your help! Do you find that the vinyl gets bubbly? All videos I’ve seen they say to heat it at like 385 and I do and it’s already ruined. 315 works well for this vinyl? Thank you!
Yes sometimes depending on the vinyl you are using it does get bubbly
Thank you!

Been doing this for a year now. Never saw any videos until now lol
If I ma ask where did you get the tape and is it heated tape ?
I got it on Amazon and yes it’s heat tape
Do you mirror the offset??
@@CindyGholson yes you do

Hi Taylor , l always love your videos and you explain how to! Can I use the sublimation paper with my hp 4650 inkjet printer to do the sublimation ? I use the regular letter size in my printer
No you will have to use sublimated ink. There are other options like jolees that use regular ink get ink.
Hello, thank you for doing this video. I am brand new to doing shirts. Did I understand correctly that you said use card stock to do your print out on for the ink?
It’s called A sub sublimation paper. You get it on amazon. Look in the description box for the link. All the best on your journey
Thank you!@@Taylormadedesignsllc
good job
Thank you! Cheers!
The vinyl shrinkage could it be due to the type or will all vinyl do this
All vinyl if heated to long will shrink. Thanks for watching my video
@@Taylormadedesignsllc agreed thanks have a blessed day!!!
It has been my experience that not all will shrink. I have not had issues with shrinkage.

Correct . U cut them separately
what name of roller you use?
Lint roller
@@Taylormadedesignsllc thank you so much
Hello do you have a true sublimation printer or one that is converted?
I have one that is converted
Be careful using a converted printer...if you don't get your tanks clear of the regular ink, you are going to have issues. Sublimation ink doesn't mix with regular ink.
@@zootasplace7344 thank you for the heads up. My printer was new when it is converted
Ty!!!
I'd love to know how it washed. I keep hearing about how it bleeds after a wash
I the one with the extra layer doesn’t bleed
i double printed and the colors came out more vibrant just a tip because some reason when you single print its dull
Thank you so much
What’s the temp and time when you sub I can’t see it on the video
I used 400 degrees for 60 sec
What’s the configuration in your computer for printer? I guess you use sublimation ink, right?
I did use sublimation ink
It 'sounds' like it is very thick when you rub your hand over it. Is it thick?
Yes a bit
I need to know what kind of material I need to use in order to cut it with cricut. What kind of Iron-on do I need to select? Please help.
Do you mean the setting? If yes, use cardstock to cut it out
Why the colour is fading after some washes?
Mine doesn’t really fade. Am not sure!
Like so many of my projects, end up with one little blunder that ruins the who thing for me :(
Hey guys! Maybe someone can help me out. I do exactly all the process but still colors of sublimation are very light. Temperature, time, materials are the same as her.

@@zootasplace7344 agreed, but I wouldn’t have watched it with that title. I was looking for exactly what she meant and did.
