A Herculean task - clearing the woolshed at Rouse Hill Estate

How do you go about emptying a farm shed that’s home to thousands of objects, built up over 150 years? That was the enormous challenge that faced us at Rouse Hill when structural conservation was needed for the 1850s woolshed.

Great project and video. The mystery object is a Floor Clamp used when laying floor boards, the jaws bight onto the floor joists as you swing the handle back and forth the chain turns the cogs that push the jack out against the floor boards closing the gaps between each board as well as taking out any bows in the floor boards.
