Loved stopping to see the Hesper and Luther Little as a kid. Stopped every time we went through Wiscasset. Very saddened when I found out they were no longer there.
I know what you mean. My family always stopped thete on our yearly trip to the Maine USA coast. All gone now.. I remember when they were ships. They argued what to do and did NOTHING to save them. A great tragedy!
