Noob question: How do you apply seppuku to both weapons when dual wielding?
Using PlayStation as an example..
Triangle + L1 then L2 to apply seppuku to your left hand. Always do left hand first.
After that, press Triangle + R1 and apply Seppuku with L2 to enchant your right handed weapon
Thank you both for asking/answering this. It sounds noobish to admit it, but the swapping of duel wielded weapons between either hands doesn't seem to be explained in-game. Or maybe I just missed it.

Man, I’ve never even considered the quality scaling on Scavenger Curved Swords. I’ve been kinda pigeonholing myself towards the dex bleed weapons because it just seemed like there were more options on that side, but getting to keep good damage on curved swords with pumping strength means I could use Marais Executioner Sword without being screwed when I come across a jumpy, small framed boss that won’t sit still for long enough to get drilled by my AoW.

It'd be even more powerful if you swapped turtle tailsman for Millicent talisman and changed the wondrous flask stamina tear to consecutive attack tear

If you go above 60 arcane you might wanna make the swords into occult rather than bleed as the weapon flat damage is higher as it increase the arcane scaling by alote and the build would hit even harder but again only if you go above 60 arcane but overall great build

@@xcaliburalter when you get the black whetblade from nokron you get another option to use poison blood or occult and what occult dose is bassicly get ya b-a or even the rare s rank scaling instead of the no scaling or D scaling with arcane and at 60 arcane the dmg is insine
The AR difference isn’t much in comparison to the passive bleed build up. I’ve tested both and prefer blood over occult
@@mrtempoe its better overall because not all bosses can be bleed like the last 2 and you get better scaling and with the passive bleed you won't see much difference in bleed procks but your dmg will sky rock
I hate having to use that hat though just because its a Blood build. In my opinion they should add stitching to the game, like in pirate 101, where you can just use the looks of 1 item, and the stats of the other.
Giza Wheel and spiked great-shield is super fun
So is the spiked shield and Mogh’s spear. Plays like a bloody tank

Nice, I have much to learn on my first playthrough. But I went bandit arcane blood god. Eleonora pole arm+10 is getting me through. Mohgs spear on hand as well! Lvl130 with 55 arcane, slowly realizing my vigor is too low 😒

i think it's better to either go the full consecutive attack + jump attack with two occult scavengers or a fire + bleed boosting build with mohgwyn's sacred spear. you can obviously go for both of these since they are both arcane builds though, all you have to do is switch some talismans around and the flask each time u wanna go one or the other.

I run just about the same build. It's awesome. I have 80 arc so I run occult on scavenger sword and my secondary is blood Grossmesser sword. Instead of turtle talisman I use claw talisman. Either way though.. Curved swords and bleed is stupid fun and strong 🤗

there’s a seal that scales with arcane in the dungeon next to the starting area
yeak, claw talisman and black knife chest! That quad hit on the jump attack does stupid bleed/damage with these

@@dxvid9213 I don't know the numbers off the top of my head but it's plenty enough lol. I've actually swapped to dual big ol beastmans curved swords with bleed on them. 80 str 80 arc. Jump and double swing. Pretty fun for bosses.

Did this build the other night with a twist did everything the same pretty much except my melee weapons went with a Uchigatana with Blood Slash Ash of War and Rivers of Blood.
How did you like it?
@@ColdBwoyy I like it so far I didn’t have two curved swords on me and I wasn’t trying to start another NG+ just to get the other one so I just improvised with what I had and maxed out my Uchigatana and Rivers of Blood and it works pretty great so far getting back into it again and getting ready for the DLC
What I’ve I play this build and take 2x Rivers of blood and don’t take the scavengers ? With boost fire damage. It will be also good ? Sorry for my English 😅

Bandit's Occult Curved Sword is better. Mine says 254+367. Duo wielded with Seppuko.
Edit : I used blood for my bandit swords and it shows i have 117 blood buildup and Physical is 242+271.
best bleed build is golden vow, flame grant me strength, dual occult seppuku scavenger curved swords+25 (occult affinity scales your physical damage with arcane and seppuku will give you 86 bleed build and will still do decent damage to bosses immune to bleed because of occult affinity), white mask, raptors black feathers chest piece, talismans-lord of blood exultation-millicents prosthesis-claw talisman-rottenwing sword insignia. physick is greenburst crystal tear for stamina recovery and the thorny cracked tear which makes consecutive attacks grow stronger. start off fights with jump attacks then spam L1 and youre good.
That’s my build. It shreds lol. Vulgar Militia Saw’s powerstanced shreds too. They have innate bleed. Put frost on one of them, sepuko on the other. A bit more range.

If you have the stats to go to have 80 strength as well, dual Gargoyle Blood Twinblades actually do more damage and each have a bloodloss of 141 without seppukku. Outperforms occult scavenger curved swords.

The Best build i see so far. I love the spear but unfortunately there are some Points where you need something faster. Im new to souls like(elden ring is my first). I was searching for a build where i can swap beetween fast attacks( for a group of enemys) and the 1 shot kill with the spear for Bosses. Awesome work buddy. Now i just need the shard of alexander. This is so hard to get(im lvl 142). Can you get the sword 2 times in one run?. Thx for the awesome guide. Go on with that amazing work. 😊

I really wish this game had like. A secondary build option .., I love the fast melee gameplay and rogue style builds with dot but have always been a fan of the more flashy melee types like ret pallys , dk n what not … so hard to choose between these two styles in this game .. anyone have any opinions ?
I agree they should have let you make multiple characters per world so that you can use different builds
Definitely go through with the dual scav's build, run pure arc and replace the ash on your main hand with bloodhound's step for mobility. Last step is to replace the turtle tali with the claw tali (jump atk dmg) and put on the raptor's black feathers chest (more jump atk dmg)

You can only get one scavenger sword per playthrough unless you get someone to drop one for you.
Best bet is to use the Bandit swords, you can farm them.
In 1.09 the beast man curved sword is better and can be farmed easier, they also have better bleed than occult scavenger curved swords

yes. just alocate desired amount of points to end to carry great shield at med roll.

No one does good damage for the first playthrough but once you start your second playthrough having another one would definitely do way more damage
as long as you have 2 weapons of the same type (Curved swords, great swords etc.) you can wield them together they just won’t have the same stats

Bandits curved sword with blood affinity. It also does more base damage than the scavengers curved sword, but just less blood loss

Rotten winged sword is optional as it unfortunately is not actually that effective my set of talismans for best chances (for me) are fire scorpion, ritual sword talisman, lord of bloods exhaulation and shard of Alexander. This is purely for other people to take into consideration, no hate❤❤

Would a Bandit curved sword fit until NG+?
If you go for Blood affinity dual Bandit's curved sword is actually better than dual scavenger curved sword, same blood loss but more damage..
Scavenger curved sword will be better if you give it cold infusion for bleed & frostbite play style, since it has innate bleed. But bandit's curved sword will deal more damage even in that cold/bleed build, just less blood loss since it does not has innate bleed.
New to the game, sorry for the noob question - what character base class am I supposed to use for this build?

It will melt their health bars
60 vigor is absolutely unnecessary. Unless, I guess if you pvp. I stop at 45. You can still take a few hits and you do so much damage, you shouldn't have problems staying alive.

How would you set the stats up if you were level 311?
Bump Vigor to 60, 40 endurance. Bump points into mind as you see fit. 80 Arcane, 70 Strength. Def pump in some dex if you wish to not only use Mohgwyn Spear, do whatever after that.

People say Rivers of Blood was easy mode… I used that before. Dual occult scavenger curved swords with 80 arcane, 50 dex and strength makes ROB look weak. It just shreds things.
