I have never commented before, but may I say that both of you just radiate true joy while discussing your "work". Your passion shines right from your heart chakra. How wonderful. It is gloriously visible, your energy and love are quite infectious, if I may use that word these days! Rahu and Ketu, when they appear in our meditations, visions or dream show us where our soul is focusing, what we need to learn or unlearn as the case may be, where we should be going, where we have been, and who we are related to at a soul level. The people in our lives are not there by accident. When you see the whole body of the dragon, it represents all your incarnations. Even the type of dragon (water, fire) is so important to our path. My guides say to pay close attention when the dragons appear. For me it has opened a whole new dimension and perspective into how many lives and how many gifts/knowledge we have brought with us to this incarnation. To think, why have we incarnated at this time, in this particular body, at the dawning of a new spiritual age on our planet? The galactic cosmic shifts coming just this year alone, are truly humbling to contemplate and are extraordinarily opportune for all of us. Thank you very much for such an engaging and enlightening session.

I have just started learning some basic astrology this week. And I am already understanding a lot more than I ever have, and learning how to read a chart. I feel this time off has been such a blessing for me, especially when I am being given this opportunity to explore this subject that has always fascinated me! I've been looking at the Nodal Axis quite a bit lately (and am currently reading Pam's book on them too) and finding it mind boggling!... (both in a positive way and in a challenging way...). My North Node is at 10 Virgo in the 5th House, conjuncting my natal Pluto at 8 Virgo.
My South Node is at 10 Pisces in the 11th house (not planets there). Many things make sense on this front! When I was a child I was very QUIET and INTROSPECTIVE and lived largely in my own FANTASY world - I was almost literally AWAY with the FAERIES! Stories abound about how DISTRACTED I was all the time!... I was also surprisingly RELIGIOUS, and immediately identified with nuns and monks and priests! Churches and Temples felt and still feel like HOME! (and I often DREAM of them!). I absolutely adore MONASTERIES and CLOISTERS in particular! I just feel so well in them it's uncanny! To this day, my dressing gown looks like a monk's! I LOVE SILENCE (and Gregorian chants - and can listen to them for hours!) CONTEMPLATION and MEDITATION come naturally to me! I'm very comfortable on my own, as I am in communities of people who are similarly inclined! I have often felt drawn to join a monastery! The more REMOTE the better! I love the SIMPLE life, devoted to a CONNECTION to HIGHER Forces! Whenever I feel I need to recharge my batteries, I think straight away of a RETREAT or a TEMPLE/church! I also feel similarly in regards to Nature - it feels like a Sanctuary! I love religious symbols and rituals (of any tradition) even the PAGAN ones which seem more directly associated to Nature. I feel ENCHANTED in the face of NATURE as it presents me with MIRACLES all the time which I feel I are AWE inspiring! The concrete world often catches me out and grates against me... I'm super sensitive to sensory input: strong lights, sounds, tastes, smells, textures GRATE against me and I often find them too much (this was particularly so when I was a child, and seems to be getting stronger again now that I'm getting older!).
As far as the 11th House is concerned, my sense is a bit more nebulous: I have so often been accused of being an IDEALIST and that entails very strong COMMUNITY and ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES. I whole philosophical, ideological and political positioning is in terms of FAIRNESS and the HIGHEST GOOD of ALL, and I do CHAMPION ISSUES of collective good and justice, while often being identified as QUIRKY or VISIONARY in my own 'uniqueness' which others find mostly amusing or endearing.
But finding out that my North Node is in Virgo has been rather more difficult... I am naturally quite well ORGANISED and like things to be CLEAR and HEALTHY (and do enjoy good health in general - touch wood!). I enjoy ROUTINES and feel good in well-organised environments (like Germany or Switzerland!). I love EFFICIENCY and really appreciate SKILL in all sorts of ways. But I'm not very PRACTICAL myself, and even less PRAGMATIC, and I really dislike any emphasis on DETAILS (when it's to the detriment of the bigger picture). I'm METHODICAL in most things I do and rely on things being reasonably TIDY, but I am far from being ANAL or PEDANTIC about anything, on the contrary, any IRRATIONAL requirements irritate me... I'm reasonably good at both ANALYSING and SYNTHESISING things but I'm very uncomfortable with PERFECTIONISM.
I do like to be of SERVICE, but have never really found my way into any sphere of activity or lifestyle which is stereotypically Virgo-like: health care, nursing, accountancy, admin, etc... I worked in Education for a number of years (but I was more of a 'Dead Poets Society' kind of teacher then the precision nit-picker), in the hospitality industry: hotels, restaurants, tourism, etc (but I was much keener on genuine customer satisfaction than on the nitty-gritty of forms and timings), then in the arts (where I was notorious for my imprecision...), and for quite a long time in the field of psychotherapy (which I love and seem to be good at (but I tend to be much more of an intuitive than a 'by-the-book' orthodox). I'm not sure how much any of this fits into the 5th House theme of Self-centred FUN, ENJOYMENT, PLAY and CREATIVITY. I really do not like being the CENTRE of ATTENTION, although I'm often singled out for a degree of (rather quirky) FLAIR and STYLE, and although some people say I do SHINE, it is by far not in anyway because of recognition or applause - which I am so uncomfortable with...
At my age (I've just had my second Saturn Return), I find myself wondering how best to INVEST in my North Node, while feeling increasingly DRAWN to WITHDRAWING from the world again and being quiet in nature!...
As for PLUTO conjuncting my North Node, well that's a BIG ONE, isn't it? My life has been MARKED by HUGE DEEP and PERMANENT TRANSFORMATIONS from time to time (and all those who have known me for a longer time are very aware of how many 'incarnations' I've had in this lifetime!), but I'm still left thinking how best to USE this INFLUENCE of PLUTO together with VIRGO and with the 5th HOUSE (which seem so ANTITHETICAL, Virgo being so focused on pragmatism and SERVICE to others, while the 5th House seems so Self-Centred and 'living for today' and doing things for their own sake... I am unavoidably CREATIVE in all I do, but my creativity is often if not always misunderstood, or, worse still, it seems to give rise to jealous attacks, which really HURT my Piscean sensitivity...
My MC is at the Critical degree of Capricorn, conjuncting my Pallas and my Venus (still in the 9th) and I have CHIRON, VESTA, and CHARIKLO in Aquarius in the 10th House. I guess these make more sense to me in terms of the WOUNDED HEALER, and his PARTNER (Chariklo) and the VOTIVE Vesta devotion to the Aquarian Ideals of Equality and Freedom!

I realized my 2 north node returns were both very expansive, exciting times in my life. The south nodes returns were maybe a little more frustrating, not moving forward so much. Now I want to check out my past transiting node/planetary aspects. So fun to learn something new and powerful in astrology!

I’ve been drawn to the world of astrology, energies, past lives etc for as long as I can remember, and love how clearly you express everything, Pam. I also love hearing more about your life as it somehow helps me trust my own intuition more. I’m experiencing a reverse nodal return (with my moon, Mars and Neptune all in Sag too) and just know that I’m in the process of healing and clearing some quite hectic past life stuff! Thank you ma'ms for the insightful talk. I spent many weeks last year researching my nodes but one needs astrology greats to crack some codes. Uranus transiting my North Node, opposite natal Jupiter, Pluto and South Node, that brought big, futuristic, spiritual, karmic changes that involved sudden death of my mother (through natural causes) and end of family relationships. This was an introduction to what was coming during Uranus transit of the moon which has 9degree conjunction to the North Node and wide opposition to the South Node.
Stationed natal Uranus, Jupiter and stationed Pluto conjunct South Node, this bothered me until I forgot about it because I couldn't find material on it. Everything put together, birth and death charts now I have a clue. For me, it make sense to look at the SN as the past I should not go back to and only tap from my skills, knowledge and talents that carried me through up to the point where the universe ordered my transformation. Transiting North Node is transiting my mother's natal North Node in Gemini. I never looked at it that way. It's going to be interesting observing the eclipses.
After the previous video you did together brilliantly, so looking forward for this and the next one(if any)...hehe. its so nice to see some good energy, listening, sharing, asking with one another with so much love and respect. 🙏

Wow wow. Dearest Pam I just purchased your book on the nodes. How to co create .. It’s an incredible insight into not only myself but others. I’m the 5/Nn 11/Sn axis. Taurus Scorpio respectively. Have Neptune Jupiter conjunct my NN - it also forms one side of a Yod - other is Pluto in Virgo all pointing to Mercury at 29° Pisces. My sun is Pisces 22°. It’s all starting to make sense. I feel like a kid with lots of puzzle pieces or legos and am trying to fit them together. 😂 I just turned 65 this year and so wish I’d had this knowledge earlier in life. Your book and it’s explanation of that 5/11 axis is so so spot on that I’m having to put it down and take a breather. 😂 My brain might fry … thank you Bracha and Pam. ❤❤❤❤ heartfelt thanks.

Wow...I just entered the inverse nodal axis from what Pam said. My north node being in Sagittarius. Plus, it makes me wonder since my MC is 4 degrees from my North Node, I think that must be significant. I do remember my life changing significantly, the last time the North Node was in Gemini. Thank you, ladies both, for this wonderful elucidation of the nodes. I was particularly relieved to hear Pam's interpretation of the natal south node *not* as what we're supposed to throw out as we move in our evolution, but as gifts we come in with continue using, to weave into our journey. I have South Node in Virgo in the 3rd house, North Node on n Pisces, 9th house. At 68, after a lifetime of writing, communicating, analyzing, etc I was urged by an astrologer to give all that up. But my experience has been that those gifts have been transformed as I've embraced the North Node work (for decades) and are *not* to be cast off, but celebrated and used for new purposes. Anyway... huge relief to hear your perspective!

Thanks so much Pam and Bracha for this informative talk. I have been studying the nodes for the past couple of years and using them a lot in my clients session. A week ago I realized that I had reverse nodal return when I quit my job as a diplomat and moved to Bali, clean slate. Also few months ago had a nodal square and moved back to Croatiam looking forward to reading more in your book.
