I like when you add slow motion to these videos. So informative to watch the natural movements and the play space you create and learn how to handle the ball

Lots of good PB videos on TH-cam, but when Tyson is on his game, there's simply more depth. Well done.

Aloha Guys! Like so many here, we've watched many tutorials, most very helpful. But yours, bar none, are the absolute BEST! The addition of drills to the specific teachings are ones that our hui in Kona have added to our practice sessions. Thanks again!

Your drills and instruction have gotten better and better. Thanks. I noticed your court at home, that you saved a little on concrete but yet it is still a playable service. Do you mind sharing the dimensions of the main service and the dimensions of the rock area? I'm considering a home court but just the concrete costs is easily the largest costs. Thanks

Hi Tyson, what is the purpose for bumping? I

If Tyson doesn’t answer, my thought is to train for soft hands and control. This isn’t a time for a big swing or a lot of excess movement. Hopefully this initial drill will create that soft muscle memory to absorb the shot and drop it into the kitchen upon later non bump drills.
